Staff memebers were very friendly and helpful. A young lady at the desk speaks some English and was very helpful for scheduling a FUTA shuttle. We paid in cash upon check-in and were given a receipt. The hotel has an excellent location close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the river.
Our room (#303) was very bright and very clean. The room was at the front of the building and the window faced a quiet street. The window opened and it had a curtain. The room was large and featured a table, 2 chairs, wardrobe, refrigerator, television, fan and air conditioner. Everything in the room worked properly. The room was also very quiet - no noise from the street and no noise from other guests. As mattresses in Vietnam go, my wife is sesnsitive to the firmness of beds in Vietnam but she found the mattress here to be one of the most comfortable mattresses during our 5 weeks in Vietnam. As for myself, I sleep good on any mattress. Bed sheets and duvet were clean and fresh.
The bathroom had a cubilcle shower which meant the floor remained dry during showers. Hot water was available day and night. No water leaks in the sink or toilet. Towels were clean and fresh and toiletries were provided.
Wi-fi signal was strong in the room. Wi-fi service was reliable with upload and download speeds of 80 mbs. Very fast!
We would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.
Beautiful spacious room, good location with great food options nearby.
There were only stairs to the room, it was fine for us but maybe not for everyone.
