Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja i bardzo niska cena

Cons:

Na początku nie mogliśmy wejść do budynku bo w skrytce nie było klucza, ale na szczęście ktoś wychodził z budynku i otworzył nam drzwi. Pokój nie był chyba sprzątany przed naszym przyjazdem, pościel była wymieniona ale w szafie były papierki a na dywanie leżał kawałek szkła!

Cons:

Faltava limpeza. As camas muito desconfortáveis, caíram tábuas da cama durante a noite. Muito barulho dos vizinhos dos outros quartos, parecia que estavam dentro do meu quarto. Cheirava mal.

Pros:

Beim Ankommen trafen wir auf die Putzdame. Sie gab uns den Zimmerschlüssel und rechtfertigte sich damit, dass die Zimmer gerade geputzt worden seien. Erst auf Nachfrage erhielten wir ein Duschtuch.
Die Spannleintücher entdeckten wir erst am Abend; sie waren mit Flecken und Haaren verschmutzt. Der Kühlschrank war ebenfalls stark verdreckt, und es gab keine Gläser, um Wasser zu trinken. In der zweiten Nacht wurde die Toilette von anderen Gästen verstopft. Bis zum Morgen gab es keine Problemlösung durch den Vermieter. Daher war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Verdreckte Betten, gemeinsames Bad, keine Privatsphäre. Zudem falsche Angaben zur Möglichkeit, Tee und Kaffee zuzubereiten – wir hatten nicht einmal Gläser, um Wasser zu trinken.

P/L ist gut und bietet ein Dach und Bett. Weniger für Business oder romantischen Urlaub geeignet!
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Man kommt mit S-Bahn und U-Bahn gut weiter oder läuft 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Man kommt auch jederzeit gut ins Zimmer, da es Schlüsselsafes gibt und man zusätzlich einen eigenen Schlüssel hat.
Für die Lage geht die Lautstärke in Ordnung.
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist schon gut.

Cons:

Sauberkeit:
- Man hat ein Gemeinschaftsbad und -toilette. Diese wird natürlich nicht täglich gereinigt oder überprüft. Somit sind "Spuren von davor" nicht unüblich und Toilettenpapier war am zweiten Tag auch aus.
- Gemeinschaftsbad und -toilette sind auch sonst wenig gepflegt und riechen unangenehm.
- Bettbezug hatte flecken

Zum Zimmer gehörte wohl auch eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Da aber jede Tür zur Küche, Bad, Mitbewohner (?) oder zu einem anderen Gästezimmer gehören könnte, haben wir die Küche nicht gesucht. Eine "Karte" oder Beschriftungen an den Türen hätte geholfen (oder ob man auch in den zweiten Stock darf?)

Good value for money
Pros:

Ubicación cerca a la estación de trenes y al metro, fácil check in y la habitación tiene su propia llave , cuarto amplio , se comparte el baño pero hay dos duchas en el primer piso entonces no es problema y está claro en la descripción , agua caliente, restaurantes y tiendas cerca, pueden usar la cocina si necesitan

Сподобалося перебування в цьому помешканні.
Ми мали всі зручності: гарно облаштована кухня ,ванна кімната. Дуже близько від вокзалу центрального і продуктових магазинів.Тихо,спокійно і затишно.Раджу мандрівникам.

Eigen kamer dicht bij centrum
Pros:

De accommodatie is makkelijk te bereiken. Op korte afstand van metro en tram. Het inchecken gaat gemakkelijk. De kamer was groter dan verwacht. Dichtbij winkelstraat. Meer privacy dan op een slaapzaal.

Cons:

De eerste dag voelde ik me als vrouw wat ongemakkelijk op deze locatie.
In de keuken waren geen kopjes of glazen. Er was op de eerste dag na geen personeel te bekennen.
Bij het bed was geen nachtlampje. Bij het tweede bed wel maar daar was het matras weggehaald. Het lampje kon niet verplaatst worden. De douche gaf weinig privacy. Maar voor wat je betaald kun je weinig verwachten. Er komt nog wel toeristen belasting bij.
