Würden wieder kommen
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Lage. Das Ambiente war insgesamt sehr angenehm und stilvoll. Der Check in verlief problemlos, auch online völlig unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ein fehlender Bademantel wurde nach Anfrage sofort organisiert, top Service.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut organisiert. Leere Speisen wurden stets schnell nachgefüllt und es gab genügend Platz für alle Gäste.
Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Die Sauna war top, das Personal hat regelmäßig sauber gemacht und frische Handtücher sofort bereitgelegt.

Cons:

Die Parkmöglichkeit war leider nicht vorhanden bzw. sehr unvorteilhaft gelöst.
Im Wellnessbereich war das Wasser leicht grünlich, was optisch etwas irritiert hat, auch wenn ansonsten alles sauber war.

Pros:

Good-sized, modern, well-equipped and confortable room, bathroom and corridor. Cosy spa, although rather small. Nice location in the immediate proximity of the promenade area.

Cons:

Hardly anybody speaks any English, so unless you speak Russian or a bit of German it is hard to communicate and misunderstandings may arise. Nobody came to clean the room, replace the towels and remove the garbage throughout our stay and it proved to be very challenging to request these basic things for.a 4 star hotel to the staff. In order to reach the room at the Boutique hotel (which is an annex to the main hotel) one has to take an elevator from the reception to the 3rd floor, walk through a corridor connecting the main building to the boutique hotel, climb a few stairs and then take another elevator.

Lokalita skvělá, pokoj byl hezky zařízený, čistý, velký

Cons:

Při příjezdu nám bylo oznámeno, že i když jsme požadovali v rezervaci parkování, tak parkoviště je plné a možná následující den po odjezdu některých hostů bychom mohli zaparkovat. Jenom chci upozornit, že jedním z důvodu, proč jsme si hotel vybrali bylo, že poskytují parkování. Nakonec jsme parkovali na ulici cca 1km od hotelu. Na pokoji pro dva byl 1 sáček čaje u rychlovarné konvice, minibar byl prázdný, nikde žádný automat, kde by si člověk koupil třeba vodu... V ceně ubytování byl vstup do wellness, ale župany jsme si museli "vyžebrat" na recepci a papuče jsme nedostali vůbec /prý se stejně rozmočí/. Měli jsme objednanou jenom snídaní, tím pádem jsme neměli vstup do hlavní restaurace, a snídani jsme měli v malinkatém Loby baru, kde bylo jenom 5 stolů pro 14 lidí, takže jsme museli čekat, až někdo dojí... Celý personál byl rusky mluvící od recepce, přes číšnici u snídaní...Celkový dojem byl, že se jedná o hezký hotel na dobrém místě, ale současný provozovatel za mně rozhodně nenaplňuje hodnocení ****+

Pros:

Всем остались довольны! Завтраки были разнообразными и было всё вплоть до красной икры.
Удобные матрацы и подушки.
Пара шагов и ты в сказке.
Сауна, джакузи, не большой бассейн и бесплатные напитки.
Приятный персонал, со всеми вопросами помогали.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Hotel. Freundliches Personal, komfortable Zimmer und sehr gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Pool, Whirlpool und Saunen sind top. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Wunderschöne Weihnachtsdekoration und tolle Atmosphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Karlsbad ist ein Schöne Stadt
Pros:

Sehr Freundliche Personal ( Herr Antonio an der Rezeption sehr Hilfsbereit und Die Damen in Restaurant sehr Nett und Kunden orientiert)
Das Hotel Zimmer mit Balkon war vollkommen ausreichend für Zwei Personen ( große Dusche)
Das Hotel liegt wirklich zentral wo man fast überall in der Stadtmitte zu Fuß unterwegs sein kann, Der Diana Turm man kann anschauen aber nur bei gute Wetter empfehlenswert sonst umsonst 6,50 € pp. ausgegeben.bei Pizzeria La Famiglia unbedingt Pizza essen wäre mein Empfehlung..

Also der Hotel Parkplatz ist mühsam für ältere Personen weil man gewisse Höhen Machen muss zu Fuß Auto hin und zurück,
Andere Thema was für mich wichtigste war ist der Massage was ich für meine Frau schon vor der Anreise reserviert habe und gleich bei Check in bezahlt habe aber LEIDER weiß ich nicht warum ich für 50 min.Massage € 87 € bezahlt habe obwohl dort bei medical Center in der Preisliste 46 € für gleiche Leistung verlangt wird daher der Hotel ist Top aber für zusätzliche Wünsche würde ich mit Vorsicht genießen.

Absolutně nedoporučuji.
Pros:

Pěkný pokoj, příjemně vybavený, čistý.

Cons:

Otřesná kvalita snídaně, vpodstatě bez čerstvých surovin, bez doplňování. Personál neochotný, pouze rusky hovořící, bez reakce na češtinu, angličtinu, francouzštinu, němčinu.
