Pros:

Staff are helpful. Area is quiet. Basically, the hotel is a good place to rest after a busy day.

Cons:

Location inside the compound is not easy to reach. Breakfast was limited and very basic. The facilities of the hotel are outdated.

I asked your front desk staff for bottled water, but they told me it would only be available on the first day of my stay? Actually, when I checked in at 10 PM on June 8th, there was no bottled water in my room. There wasn't any on the second day either. I'm very confused. I've already stayed for two consecutive days. I think any hotel should prepare bottled water for guests in advance, right? Instead of having guests remind your front desk staff? There was no Wi-Fi available before I checked out at 12 PM on June 10th. A very poor experience.

Je tiens a souligner la qualite extraordinaire et c est peu de le dire du personnels de cet Hotel.
Vraiment une equipe attentionnee toujours a l ecoute et surtout attebrionne au bien etre de ces hotes

Une qualite et un professionalisme exemplaire du personnels est a souligber de cet etablissement.

Les chambres sont grandes climatisees et tres confortable.
La liteeie est idem: Tres confortable.

L hotel est tres bieb equipe: Piscine/ salle de sport et meme Hammam.
La situation geographique pour ma part ma tres bien confenu. Au calme en dehors du bruit et agitation neanmois pqs loin des activites ( Taxi/ Uber fonctionne parfaitement). Vous allez visiter vous promener et entrez au calme a l hotel

Bref: Allez y: Vous serez surpris de la gentillesse de toute l equipe de l hotel " The Villa Hotel 604"
