The hotel is a good choice if you had a long busy day, as the bedroom is quiet, clean and comfortable.
The repeated poor variety choices in breakfast.

The small pool
The internet connection is extremely poor and unreliable. In some rooms, there is almost no Wi-Fi signal at all, and the mobile network coverage is also very weak or completely unavailable.
This makes it very difficult to stay connected or even use basic online services. For a hotel, especially nowadays, reliable internet access should be considered an essential service.
Unfortunately, this has been another disappointing part of my stay.
Some staff members are friendly, smiling, and very helpful, while unfortunately, others are quite the opposite and need to improve the way they deal with guests.
Unfortunately, my experience with the service was not as good as I expected.
The refrigerator in my room was not working, and despite reporting the issue, it took a very long time to resolve. I had to stay awake until around 3:00 AM waiting for the refrigerator to be replaced.
I believe this situation could have been handled much more professionally and efficiently, especially since guests should not have to stay awake until the early hours of the morning just to have a basic room facility fixed.
Overall, the way the issue was handled negatively affected my stay.
Clean and comfy, reception staff is quite welcoming.
Housekeeping staff sometimes give an attitude.

المكان هادئ والغرف جميلة وكبيرة. والموظفين كلهم في قمة الروعة. وفي قمة الاخلاق والاخلاص والست سيدة مسؤولة التنظيف محترمة جداً.
The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The airconditioning worked well and the shower was comfortable too. The swimming pool was very nice and the gym also, although not everything worked.
The rooms and the hotel was pretty dark inside, but if you kept the lights on all day it was fine. Also it was hard to find a taxi in the area.

My experience with this property was extremely disappointing.
I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong dates and realized the mistake almost immediately. As soon as I noticed it, I booked the same property again with the correct dates and completed my stay there.
When I contacted the property to explain the situation and request assistance, they informed me that they had never received any cancellation or refund request regarding the original reservation. This was extremely frustrating, as it left me paying for two reservations for the same trip with no attempt from the property to help resolve what was clearly an honest mistake.
Instead of showing professionalism, understanding, or even a willingness to assist a genuine guest, the property simply dismissed the issue. I expected much better customer service and a more reasonable approach.
The way my case was handled left me feeling that keeping my payment mattered more than treating a genuine customer fairly. I ended up paying twice for the same trip because of a simple human error, and the complete lack of support from the property was unacceptable.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to other travelers.
