静かで落ち着いた滞在ができました。
Pros:

中東経由での帰国ができなくなり新たな帰国便探すため急遽5泊したが、ニューカイロという治安良い住宅街にあり、静かで落ち着いた滞在ができた。部屋も広く必要な物は揃っていて快適。シャワーのお湯もちゃんと出る。朝食は毎日メニュー同じ。ラマダン中なのでメニューが限られてるとの事。頼めば昼・夕食も作ってくれる。talabatのアプリでデリバリーも可能(EGP現金のみ)。＄からの両替も可能。深夜の空港送迎630EGP(カード可)。

Cons:

住宅街故、周りに何もなく買い物はタクシーで約10分のスーパー(lulu)に行かなくてはならない。片道約＄5〜7 。
夜はガードマンのみなので英語は通じない。

C’était ma première fois en Égypte au Caire exactement mais pas la dernière c’est sure après que je suis tomber sur ce bijoux qui est The villa 604 😍 du personnel à l’endroit à la propreté au prix à la bouffe (Chef Issam ) tous est merveilleux un grand grand MERCI DU CŒUR à Dosa la directrice du House keeping une Madame extraordinaire de l’intérieur et extérieur j’ai quitter la villa en l’arme 🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lovely hotel, great staff, excellent hospitality, direct access to hotel via gate 5 is a huge issue.
Pros:

The staff provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service at ALL times which is why I returned to this hotel. Maryam helped me even after I checked out the hotel. Nyla, Manager Ahmed, Mohammed night staff and Mohammed security were always helpful, going out of their way to assist where other hotels may not. They all provided excellent hospitality and ensured that I was comfortable and happy. I felt very safe at this hotel. When my disabled grandma went for breakfast the chef was very accommodating and bought freshly cooked breakfast items to her table. The front of house area is nicely decorated with a functioning piano that guest can use.
It is a lovely hotel and the staff are wonderful. I wish this hotel and the staff are successful future.

Cons:

The location is in a residential area which means that unless you use an Uber a regular taxi has to drive around for a lengthy time before gaining access. The security at gate 5 would refuse access to taxis. I was forced to use taxis when Uber's cancelled. Due to taxis being forced to drive around longer this cost much more in money and time and at times was dropped off 25 minutes walk from the hotel which felt dangerous. Considering most visitors to this hotel will be using some form of a taxi there appears to be no reasonable agreement between gate 5 security and the hotel to allow taxi users to use this access which immediately brings you to this hotel. This contributed to me missing flight back home and cost a lot of money to buy another ticket. This issue made the whole experience negative and problematic and quite frankly did not make any sense even when showing proof that I was a guest at this hotel. I hope they can resolve this issue so that future visitors to the hotel can avoid this horrible and nonsense issue preventing taxis taking guests through gate 5. Please also note, guests pay for the slippers and are provided upon request.
