Pros:

Cozy little place. Every room has a theme. Tea, coffee free. Close to the city centre. Easy communication.

Cons:

Only accessible by stairs. Be aware if you have heavy luggage.

Vtipné téma, pokoj včetně ledničky, taliřů, skleniček a příborů, na recepci neomezená nabídka kávy,čaje, vody a čokoládek ke kávě.

Cons:

Parkování ve větší vzdálenosti od apartmánu, což pro nás při ubytování na jednu noc bylo nepraktické, ale při ubytování na více nocí je jistě fajn

Pros:

Prachtig en schoon appartement dicht bij het centrum en alle leuke bezienswaardigheden.. echt de stad moet je een keer gezien hebben.
Beneden in de hal gratis koffie en thee. Een gratis kaart voor de parkeergarage .
Buiten kun je koffie opdrinken op de schommelstoel. Snachts hoor je niks van verkeer. Aanrader..

Cute property close to center, but could be a challenge with heavy luggage
Pros:

Central location, nice decoration, free coffee and water. Fridge in the room.

Cons:

Long stairway to get to the property. Parking while free is a 15 min walk from the property. Mattress is a bit soft.

Silent location in just 5min walking distance to the city center with its hot springs.
Pros:

The villa is very well located. A 5min walk into the city center with its springs, cafes and sites. Moreover its silent, the room “Krtek” had a lovely interior and beds were comfy.

Fun but tricky to get to
Pros:

Fun theme, clean, free coffee, tea and chocolates in the lobby.

Cons:

Free Car park 20 minute walk away, tricky location to drop bags off but good instructions. Heating switched off at night and very cold .

Nice room and location. Beds could be better
Pros:

It's located very close to the historical center.
Clean, tidy and spacy room. Kinda fun with Krtek paintings and toys (the big one can be kinda creepy at night) :)
Host was very informative on how to get there.
Lots of stairs to go up or down to get to the house.

Cons:

If the door to Krtek room (as the other rooms are) is marked in any way it would be very nice.
Bed mattresses are sinking (like a U) too much which is not very comfy.

Great stay
Pros:

Very nice villa, cozy room with fun design. Very friendly staff to be honest you can see they take care of the place. Hot drinks, water and sweats available.

Cons:

There are quite some stairs to go up to the building. Keep in mind if you are elderly or have lots of luggage. The pillows and bed could be a bit more comfortable although it's a personal opinion.

Superb
Pros:

The place had amazing value for money in Karlovy Vary. The theme was so fun!

Cons:

The parking was not as close to the accomodation as expected but as it was for free, we cannot complain.
