Modern, Safe & Comfortable
Pros:

There is no reception staff physically available BUT the response rate on any questions you have on booking app messages or via WhatsApp number are super fast and very helpful. I was amazed at how efficient this communication was. Keypads to get inside every door and level makes it super safe! They also kept in mind I wanted early check-in and made this possible!

Pros:

The location of the apartment is wonderful! Very close to many sights, cafès, restaurants, but at the same time calm at night. The apartment was well equipped.

Great location, comfy bed, but the bathrooms are an absolute mess
Pros:

The place was okay, it's self hosted apartments, the check-in was simple, the instructions were quite simple (although too verbose, all you needed is 3 codes and the instructions were a page long for that...), the location is quite centric as well, the best was comfy as well.

Cons:

There were a couple of issues that made me rate this low, one is really bad the other I can mark as an honest mistake:
* The bathroom plumbing is a mess, the shower head was loose causing all the outside to get wet including the towel I hung on the rack, the shower was blocked causing water to rise significantly after being in the shower for a couple of minutes, and what's even worse is that this caused a flow of water to come from the drain and mess the whole toilet floor, considering how bad the situation was this must have been an issue for a while that the host just never cared to fix
* The other smaller issue was I told the staff I am arriving 6-7am, around 10-11am I got woken up by the staff asking if they should clean the room, there was no do not disturb signs I could hang on the door, but also it's quite clear that if I arrive this early I definitely don't want the room to be cleaned around that time...

Tolle Lage und bequeme Betten
Pros:

Sehr zentrale gelegenes Studio mit allem was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Der Kaffeeshop um die Ecke ist super

Der check-in ist etwas kompliziert mit den verschiedenen Türen aber wenn man es mal raus hat ist es kein Problem. Wir kamen nachts an deshalb war es etwas merkwürdig in ein geschäftsgebäude zu kommen aber es war trotzdem alles top

Wspaniała lokalizacja, bardzo wygodny pod względem metra, busów oraz odległości do najważniejszych atrakcji, a jednocześnie cichy i spokojny.
Oferta śniadań była dość szeroka i dobra. Konfort w pokoju wysoki

Cons:

W łazience było widać ślady niedokładnego sprzątania - kamień i rdza - przydałoby się odpowiedniejsze, gruntowne mycie.
Klimatyzator świeci dość mocnym światłem w nocy, które utrudnia spanie.

Pros:

отличное место для ночевки. район близко к центру, очень удачное расположение, несмотря на то что находится в каком-то бизнес центре. очень понравилась возможность завтрака в номер или выбора кафе, у нас был ранний вылет, поэтому мы заказали еду в номер и нам ее принесли четко вовремя. есть все необходимое.
