Pros:

Location in terms of places of interest very good but incredibly noisy all night. Restaurant/ bar next door open all night and because weather good street loud. Then early morning street cleaning.

Cons:

See above. Very clean but not suitable as 2 bedroom apartment. Nowhere to sit and kitchen tiny. No door between second bedroom and kitchen. Also a fire trap. No way out except down narrow wooden staircase. Would not pass fire regs in UK.

Vieta tobula- apartamentas miesto senamiestyje, sename-autentiškame name. Visi lankytini objektai pasiekiami pėstute. Apartamente yra visa gyvenimui reikiama virtuvės įranga, švaru ir tvarkinga. Šeimininkai paslaugūs, besidomintys ar nieko netrūksta ir ar nereikia pagalbos.

Cons:

Vienintelis trūkumas: gretimame pastate labai triukšmingas baras.. gerai, kad veikiantis tik iki 24 val. Užsidarius pilnai langus- garsas prislopinamas, bet per karščius tampa tvanku, nes nėra kondicionieriaus.
Rekomendacija: ilgiau pavakaroti mieste ir sugrįžti į apartamentą vėliau, kad gatvės garsai nekeltų diskomforto.

Sin menos ruido, habría sido perfecto.
Pros:

La ubicación está genial y la cama era muy cómoda.
La cocina tenía todo lo indispensable.
El servicio de atención al cliente fue atento y comprensible.
Aunque está viejo, todo se veía muy limpio.
La forma de recoger las llaves fue muy fácil.

Cons:

Había debajo un bar, que todas las noches tenía gente gritando y con las ventanas tan viejas había mucho ruido para dormir. Fuimos precavidos y llevamos tapones especiales, si no, no habríamos podido dormir.
Luego no fue un inconveniente las escaleras, pero hay que estar en forma.

Cons:

Es fehlten Wandhaken für Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und Bekleidung.
Neben dem Betten leider keine Abstellmöglichkeit.
Toaster war in der Beschreibung angegeben nicht vorhanden.

With a sense of hygge to return to each day, we had a city break with a good balance of exploring and R&R :)
Pros:

The location was great. Easy to get to from the airport (using the Metro) and within walking distance of loads of great sights, parks, cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Neither of these things caused us an issue but just for others to be aware of…
* We were in the top floor apartment. With 51 narrow, winding steps, this place might not meet everybody’s accessibility needs.
* The area is great and has a buzz about it… but as such, it’s quite noisy until the early hours over the weekend.

Pokud si vyberete toto ubytování, vezměte s sebou špunty do uší. Bez nich se nevyspíte.
Pros:

Lokalita, blízko centra. Nemuseli jsme téměř používat MHD.

Cons:

Hluk, pod pokojem několik restaurací a barů, které byli otevřené až do rána. Hluk od odpoledne do ranních hodin, např. do 5,00. Malé ručníky, žádné osušky, ovládání osvětlení nefungovalo.

Pros:

The close proximity to the City Centre, the Communication with the hosts.

Cons:

We were located on the 4th floor, it worked great for us but if it were a Person about 1.80m the ceiling probably would have been too low. During the weekend the nights were a bit loud which could happen anywhere in a City with nightlife. Plus getting our luggage up and down the whole House was a bit challenging. All in all we had a great time and those remarks are just some little things that don‘t change the fact that it was great.
