Pros:

The staff was amazingly helpful. Everybody was cordial and inviting. They went out of their way to make our accommodations as comfortable as possible. Special thank you to Katarina, hotel manager. I would like to also recognize Dimitri who works in reception. Dimitri is a extraordinarily kind and courteous person.

Luxury boutique hotel with amazing staff in a great location
Pros:

Luxury boutique accommodation in a great location. Spacious room, comfortable lounge seating

Cons:

Breakfast time starting at 9am was too late and restrictive for our plans.
Would have preferred the kettle and iron to be in the room and not have to request them. Pillows uncomfortable

Excelente elección
Pros:

A chic and elegant stay in the heart of Nafplio
Pros:

A very elegant hotel right in the heart of Nafplio’s Old Town, with exceptional service and high-quality furnishings. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the whole hotel had a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Cons:

The only small thing that could be improved is the breakfast ordering system. It was not completely clear how to fill in the form when ordering for several guests and for more than one morning. A short explanation would make it easier.

Pros:
