Great value. Good location.
Pros:

Very good value. Nice location, very central without being crowded. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and in good condition.

Cons:

The water in the shower was cold if you took a shower past 8.30-9 in the morning. Not a big issue, as the weather was very warm, just something to be aware of. Would be nice to get a refill on coffee capsules :)

Nice rooms and people but...
Pros:

The location is great. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The cleaning girls and the receptionist were really polite!

Cons:

The air conditioning is terrible. It is a central ceiling unit that makes horrible noise and pures really cold air, no matter the temp and fan speed you choose. So you can't sleep with this on.
Finally sound proofing needs improvement, we had a nearby party keeping us awake until 3am.

Great for a quick stay!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, location convenient to everything, fairly clean, overall great for a quick stay!

Cons:

There wasn’t staff while we were there, which was fine but still. One of our pillows did have makeup on it. There is a limit for hot water.
