Pros:

在地點上如果是要找附近吃的、用的走路的話需要幾分鐘的時間。不過因為該飯店有公車停靠站，因此要去附近的觀光景點還是捷運都很方便，而飯店的房間在清潔方面做得很好，很乾淨；而且我覺得房間內的桌椅、電視櫃、衣櫥等擺設有歐洲的風格，看起來很新很漂亮。而在電視櫃內還有一台小冰箱，這樣不會顯得突兀且省空間，另外廁所的空間很大很乾淨，用起來很舒適。也有準備塑膠室內拖鞋，不是一次性使用的紙拖鞋(難穿又容易濕)，這很棒! 還有小桌子上面可以放行李，下層可以擺放鞋子，這樣可以避免弄髒房間地板(而且地板是木質磁磚鋪設不是毯子，赤腳在上面走一點灰塵感覺都沒有。
最讓我感到不可思議的是在茶水擺放的櫃子(有上下層)裡面竟然放了一台可以設定密碼的保險箱，下層還有空間可以再擺放其它物品，此外在衣櫥旁邊還很貼心的掛了一個長鏡子。
在空間方面約有26平方公尺，住起來寬敞又舒適。

Cons:

因為窗戶外面和旁邊大樓很靠近，如果從對面應該看得到房間內部的狀況，只是不確定窗戶的玻璃有沒有用那種防窺玻璃，就是從外面看不到裡面，但是裡面可以看到外面的那種。感覺這是唯一能提出來的缺點，如果可以改善會更好。

另外，因為該飯店位於大樓中七樓以上，七樓以下是KTV，因此如果住宿的樓層如果是在七樓或八樓可能在晚上會聽到一些噪音。 不過我住九樓，還是能聽到一點聲音。
