I liked the location, facilities and hospitality.

Cons:

The shower did not have hot or at least warm water. I hate cold water. I was uncomfortable because of it.

Good price/quality, but weird/unexpected rules
Pros:

Good looking house and comfortable bedroom

Cons:

The hotel has really weird rules: 1. check-in only possible between 15:00-16:00, if not doable, one has to pay via bank transfer the full amount of the reservation, no credit card option. 2. during check-in, one has to fill in a form giving up quite some data (itinerary, reasoning for the trip, etc.). 3. breakfast only possible between 8:00 and 9:00.

on the other hand, the sealant of the shower needs to be checked, water leaks out when in use.
