A decent property at a prime location. For business purpose it meets the criteria.
Restaurant could have been occupied with more people hence the quality of food can be improved

Not at all happy with the stay.
First and formost rates charged by Booking .com is higher than the tariff rates of the hotel. The hotel tariffs were lesser. Also i had changed the number of people from 5 to 4 persons. While booking the rates for 4 people were different and different for 5 people. Inspite of 1 person less they charged the same charges ( for 5 people ) , citing reason that the room selected was of higher tariff. Such a thing was not advised at the time of the change in number of persons.
Rates were not value for money proposition.
Things in the room like kettle , exhaust were not working . kettle was replaced but exhaust in the bathroom was not functioning. Curtain pins were falling off. Fixed by the hotel staff. Morning at check out lift was not working . Had to carry the luggage ourselves . Staff when told to help load the luggage in the vehicle , obliged , otherwise they were standing and staring.
Hotel room was neat and clean breakfast was awesome. Near to the airport.
The manager's behavior was completely unacceptable. There was some issue related to room rent. When I asked him for a deposit slips. He replied in a taunted way and refused.
Furthermore, I was surprised to find that the hotel did not have any Hindi channels available on their television. As a Hindi-speaking customer, I found this to be a significant inconvenience.
Close to airport and nice property in that location. Accommodating for late checkin
Slightly expensive which I was aware at the time of booking but had to select due to closeness to airport and coming in late hours.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The flight arrived late, and I needed to look for a pharmacy. That part of the city was unknown to me. I have been designated a person to be shown directions.
When checking out, I found out that the international cards are not accepted.
The way the staff dealt with the situation was laudable. A proper solution has been found in no time.

Personal is friendly and the hotel in general is totally ok. Breakfast was all inda food buffet.
Not really for international guests. When you from another country definitely check that you can pay cash otherwise there would be big troubles. May they could mantion this on booking.
Unfortunately, due to busy schedule, I couldn't get time to have breakfast from the hotel. Location was really good.
parking was bit congested ( narrow & steep under ground parking also elevator access to parking was blocked.
