Beautiful place located right downtown.
The space was great.
The check-in was messy and complicated and frustrating. There were important links missing in messages. The code wasn’t given to pick up the keys, then the underground parking fob didn’t work, then the code for the condo I was given didn’t work. Also no A/C and they thought for some reason I’d install it? When I said I didn’t feel safe and it’s not my responsibility, they offered to send someone but the time didn’t work for me. Then got a list of cleaning jobs at check-out.
Property is great for a brief stay downtown. Location was great for going to a hockey game. We had everything we needed near by. We had a little issue checking in (see below) but the team was very helpful and responsive to check us in quickly.
Check in on Booking.com wasn't smooth. Messages in Booking don't have links so we were missing some instructions and check-in codes. I think that's more of an issue on Booking's side. The support from the property owner's team was very responsive, and helped us in so just try and get all codes before arrival.

The price is 50 and the dees are double the price. It was misleading. The price should be 100 including cleaning and 50 dollar fees.
I booked in a hurry and ended up having $658 of my card held up.

Great location but meant noisy at night!
I liked having two bathrooms, nice size tv in the living room, good kitchen set up. It was close to down town.
Not heat control,First night cold second night to hot. The fire place did not work and thermostat did not work first night.
Second night they got the gas fire place working which made the place too hot, because still no thermostat control. I was afraid to shut of the fire place because was not shore it would restart because the repair man had trouble getting the fire place fixed and we where told there are problems with the fire place that need fixing.
Getting in and out of the parking lot took two of us to get in and out because the door opener did not work and you would have to get out of the Vehicle to open the door it would start to close before I could get in the car and get moving.
All the coffee in the cupboard were dirty, there was popcorn on the floor, a spots drink cap under the coffee table.
Lots drug users around there at night.

Otherwise everything else went very smoothly.
The location was excellent, close to downtown. We didn't need the car.
The underground parking was a bonus in the heat.
The apartment was a good size for the two couples in our party.
Checkin took an hour. The entrance code we were given didn't work and it was really slow getting a new code. Then there were no keys in the apartment, so we had to pick up the keys from Pi Mart only to find we needed a new code for this.
The air conditioning was a portable unit in the lounge, which wasn't set up correctly. Luckily we had two tradesman in our party, so we were able to set it up. There were two smaller air conditioning units in the bedrooms, but we still found it quite hot at night.
The kitchen tap wasn't working correctly and we had to get someone out to fix it.

I came into Edmonton for an event, which I almost missed as there were some issues with my reservation, so it was back and forth with a fellow who was very hard to understand, and who said multiple times that he would check with the 'team' and call me back, which he never did. I ended up waiting outside the apartment for 2 hours for him, and then had to find another place to stay, was not refunded any of my full prepayment.
Communication was terrible in every way. Beware, these folks are more than happy to take your money.
