Pros:

More than willing to help us with our bags and change rooms when the 1st room was smelling very strong of cleaner. They gave us breakfast very early in the morning when we had to get up at 5am for our hike to Macchu Picchu.

Cons:

The location was good for the train and food but it was close to several bars that played loud music for a lot of the night.
