The breakfast selection was the best I've ever seen. So much to choose from and we kept going back for more.
Very clean facility and the service attendant was extremely helpful when we arrived. The pool was nice and the fitness room had more than what we were expecting.
There was a small item shop near the entrance, we weren't aware of until later in our stay, that had items we could have bought on site rather than going to the dollar store down the road.
The shower, which was accessible, has an issue with water running out on the bathroom floor. With no floor drain, we had to use towels to mop the excess water.
We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus in the Thousand Islands! The rooms are newly renovated, modern and very clean, the pool was spotless, and the laundry facilities were also clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly extensive, with a good variety of options. A big plus: there are rental bikes right in front of the hotel, which made exploring the area really easy.
A very special shout-out to Christine at the front desk! She was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to help me find my prescription sunglasses, which I had accidentally left behind in the room. Without them, the rest of our vacation would have been much less comfortable. Her kindness, persistence and excellent customer service really made a difference.
Thank you, Christine, and the whole team for such a great stay! We would happily come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds ànd good sized room! Nice touches with coffee in the room ànd downstairs. The patio outside is also lovely. The breakfast was ok.
There was a lot of dirt on the windows and handprints too… the elevator was very slow, and there is only one in the facility. But that’s ok because I just took the stairs and the stairwell was clean and easily accessible.
