Pros:

Rooms were clean and staff was kind

Cons:

The iron didn’t work
The coffee make splashed everywhere when making a coffee
I asked for extra towels for the next day as we had a later start in the day that we didn’t receive.

Achtung Täuschung-diese Unterkunft ist nicht in der Natur der thousand Islands sondern direkt am Highway!

Das freundliche Personal, das es rund um die Uhr die Möglichkeit gab sich einen Kaffe ohne Zusatzkosten zu holen und auch der kleine Shop, der ein sehr gutes Sortiment aufwies.

Cons:

Einfach die Lage. Die Fotos hatten den Eindruck vermittelt man würde direkt auf den St.Laurenzstrom oder einen See schauen. Ich habe auch extra den nature view gebucht!!, siehe Foto vom Ausblick unseres Zimmers. Es war eine herbe Enttäuschung direkt neben dem highway zu wohnen und man konnte nicht mal irgendwie in die thousand Islands sehen und nicht einmal hingehen…Ich komme mir diesbezüglich wie gesagt getäuscht vor.

Petit déjeuner pas au niveau pris dans des gobelets, et assiettes en carton avec couverts en plastiques sans viennoiserie ! Bonjour l’attitude écologique prônée par l’hôtel!

A wonderful and relaxing stay, with a clean room, a great swimming pool and a good breakfast. Perfect for a road trip!

good for a short stopover but not for a longer stay with very basic features

king size bed, parking, accessibility, renovated rooms but lacking attention to detail.

Cons:

While overall it looked very clean at first sight, we found hair in the bathroom, the windows were not closing properly, the mosquito nets were very dirty, and there was a monotonous noise during the night from outside, like a generator. There was a microwave in the room but no plate to put food on when heating up; no real mug just plastic and paper cups. Slow internet. One of the heaters did not work, blew only cold air, reception said there was no one on site to fix it until next day. Fireplace heating fuction did not work either, only the lights for ambience. Breakfast was very basic, no healthy options, no cheese, cold cuts or vegetables. No espresso, no real juice. The pool was cold despite being advertised as heated. Neon lighting in the pool area was rather unwelcoming.
