Simplemente excepcional. El personal de recepción de diez, empáticos, competentes y super amables. Instalaciones de diez, sin nada que objetar.

Cons:

Quizás el desayuno un poco flojo, y la cubertería (de plástico) y la vajilla (platos, vasos...) de papel deslucen la excepcional calidad del establecimiento.

A very comfortable stay in pleasant surroundings. We would definitely return.
Pros:

The hotel is spotlessly clean.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The location is great. A good place to base while exploring beautiful Gananoque.
We booked a room with nature view. Our room was at the back of the building looking onto trees. It was very quiet, there was no noise from traffic on the main road.
The beds are really comfortable. Bed linen and towels are of good quality.
Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent.

Stayed 1 night, was very impressed with the hotel, the surroundings and the proximity to Ivy Lea for the boat cruise. 👍
Pros:

Rooms are very spacious, clean and have everything you need!
Breakfast was excellent, no cost to park, surroundings were very well kept!
