Excellent choice in Gananoque
Pros:

I was amazed with the friendly and kind staff. The room we stayed is fully renovated and looks like new, wonderful and clean. The hotel is well located - close to the city center and boat cruise dock (a few minutes by car), and there is a free parking. There is a safe indoor pool - relatively shallow and not too deep, which is good for kids when accompanied by an adult. The breakfast was really good too.

Breakfast was a hot and cold breakfast. It was excellent. Full bacon, sausage patties, eggs, toast, fried potato pieces, juice and cold cereals etc. Very good quality.

Chambre propre, confortable et agréable. Bonne localisation pour visiter, mais un peu excentré de la ville (difficile d'y aller à pied avec les enfants).
Une piscine pour nager et profiter avec les enfants.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est moyen. Les produits proposés semblent en grande partie industriels et manquent un peu de fraîcheur. Même mes enfants, pourtant grands amateurs de pancakes, ne les ont pas appréciés. La vaisselle en carton n'est pas du tout écologique. Que du jetable! Quelques produits frais et de meilleure qualité serait fortement appréciés.
La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit. Impossible de dormir avec.
Un peu cher vu la qualité du petit-déjeuner et le fait que l’hôtel est un peu excentré de la ville.

Pros:

Breakfast was simply adequate. Location was good.

Cons:

The thermostat could be set lower than 68deg. But we were never able to achieve less than 68deg. My wife has the autoimmune disease Lupas and prefers temperature nearer to 60, ESPECIALLY to sleep. We were offered another room but it would not go lower than 68 either.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff at the time was super helpful.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and had variety especially because we don't eat meat. The location was perfect and secure. We even stayed an extra night!
