Pros:

エレベーターで11階で降りると、ビルの入口からは想像出来ないくらい綺麗でした！
チェックイン時、日本語で説明してくれたので助かりました。4泊でしたが、毎回清掃をしっかりとやってくれていたので快適でした。
府中駅から徒歩2〜3分です。
コンセントがベッド周りになかったのと、夜中は廊下での話し声が結構聞こえてきましたが疲れていたので特に気になる前に寝てしまってました。
ラウンジのお菓子を自由に食べれるのは良かったです。

Think twice before booking this hostel condition
Pros:

I wouldn't consider this is a hotel, at best is the youth hostel, but charged as a 4 stars hotel rate. First, the taxi driver was not able to find the hotel, as the location is on the 11th floor in an old commercial building. At the front desk seems reasonable clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Inside the room is a bunk bed that really shocking as a hotel and the room size is very small. Carpet is a little old and worn, bathroom is fair with minimum facilities provided. Wifi is constantly cutoff and speed is extremely slow. No breakfast is included. Overall is very disappointed hotel
