Cons:

Телевизор не работал. Невозможно было подключиться к wi-fi и посмотреть ютуб или нетфликс. Также нет зеркала в полный рост, очень некомфортно.

Great location with potential, but cleanliness needs serious improvement
Pros:

We really liked the location of the property — it’s conveniently close to both downtown Miami and the beautiful beaches of Miami Beach. The apartment had enough space for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The internet connection was also quite good, which was important for us during our stay.

Cons:

What we didn’t like was the size of the bed — it was too small for people with a larger build. The dishes in the apartment were dirty and had to be washed before use. The oven was unusable due to how dirty it was, and the coffee machine had a stale water smell, clearly not cleaned or emptied, so we didn’t use it at all.

Beautiful apartment in very close proximity to the beach, great restaurants & stores.
Pros:

Incredibly clean & modern, well organised and stocked, communication from the host is excellent. In a great location.
