Très proche de la plage
Supérette à 100m
Gros supermarchés à 2km
Le fameux resto Big Pink de l’autre côté du carrefour
Quartier calme et « high class » loin de l’effervescence de mid-town Miami Beach

Cons:

Commande de Clim dans la chambre extrêmement lumineuse. Nous avons dû la couvrir avec un tissu opaque
Appart du RDC bruyant (les US aiment les véhicules avec des pots d’échappement qui se remarquent)
Tout le reste très bien

Great location, cosy and bright apartment. Beds could be better..
Pros:

The location if great, beautiful and quiet sorroundings. Theres a parking lot 50 meters away where you can negotiate a price for the whole stay.
The appartment is very cosy, beautiful and bright.

Cons:

Main bed is a small, specially for american standards...the sofa bed (where my kids slept) is uncomfortable, it bends towards the center and makes it difficult to keep some distance.

Cute and efficient apartment super close to anything you want for a beach trip
Pros:

Spotless clean, easy access to facilities m, super close to the beach, location is unbeatable, few cute restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy communication, the room had everything you needed. Perfect for a couple trip.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, it was great.

Localização e o aroma do corredor.

Cons:

We were 4 people and the sofa bed was not ready, the sheets were missing and the only blanket was dirty.
The staff delivered only on the last night.
