Important information:

- Please note this is a privately owned unit.
- Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in without a parent or official guardian.
- A rental agreement will be sent to you by the property management company and must be returned within 24 hours. Guests must also provide a copy of identification and the credit card used to make the reservation along with the signed agreement.
- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card to the hotel’s front desk upon check-in.
- Only the person whose name the reservation is under will be permitted to check-in.
- Please note for stays of 6 days or more, mandatory cleaning must be done every 6 days. An extra fee applies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

stay was good, but not exceptional. Pricey.
Pros:

Property and location were very good.
Balcony and great view of the ocean.
Host responsive.
Generously allowing late check-out by 1:30 pm

Cons:

Check in was delayed because residency reception was not allowed to hand the keys, and this after i had to send in passports, sign a separate contract after booking and after having made full payment.
Owner decided to exchange blinds on the second day of our stay which blocked the room for the majority of the day (although room was unoccupied prior and post our stay), no refund or rebatte offered for the inconvenience.
Although room had a kitchinette, no table to eat, drink or sit.
Garbage bin, garbage bags missing, internet not functioning properly (amplifier delivered but not installed on the last day...).
