Életünk egyik legjobb élménye volt!!! Full ***** :)
Pros:

2000 méteren, álom szép panoráma, csend nyugalom, a terasz alatt indult a sípálya, fantasztikus gasztronómia, rendkívül kedves és figyelmes személyzet. Imádom a ratrakokat, és esténként a teraszom alatt jöttek mentek, fantasztikus volt látni őket. Az ágyból a szemközti 3000-es hegyek látványa, arra ébredni, hogy hófödte csúcsokat lát az ember megfizethetetlen. :) Az is nagyon izgi, hogy csak a sílifttel lehet megközelíteni a szállodát!

Cons:

:( Az elutazás napján 10ig kellett a szobákat elhagyni - ez amúgy tök OK - de annak ellenére, hogy kint volt a NE ZAVARJ tábla, 9:45-kor a délszláv takarítónő ránk nyitott, hogy takarítás, és menjünk... Nah ez rohatt kellemetlen volt! :(
A nyugalmat egy csöppet zavarta, hogy a szálloda éttermének és bárjának a teraszán nagyon hangos volt a SkiParty, meg a pályák zárása után az Apre Ski party, főleg nagyon tucc tucc zenékkel.

Der DJ auf der Hans Schnaps Alm war nicht mehr da.. keine Stimmung wie sonst immer.. es fehlte Bedienung an der Bar. Das war ein Highlight auf der Aml.. Schade das dieses nicht mehr so ist.

Pros:

Wir waren schon zum 2. mal nacheinander hier und waren diesmal noch begeisterter. Es stimmt einfach alles und das Personal ist toll, besonders beim Abendessen hat man sich immer sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt, danke für den wieder ganz tollen Aufenthalt! Ich denke das wird nicht unser letzter gewesen sein.

Schöne Tage auf der Schmittenhöhe
Pros:

Wir hatten drei schöne Tage. Gebucht hatten wir eine Comfort Suite, die aus zwei Schlafräumen bestand. Ich habe mich sehr über den frühen Check vor 12:00 Uhr gefreut. Der Rest der Familie hatte so noch einen tollen Skitag. Frühstück war gut mit sehr leckeren Eierspeisen. Das Abendessen kam immer schnell und bestand aus einem 4-Gang Menü. Es hat immer gut geschmeckt und war ausreichend. Ein bisschen mehr Raffinesse bei den Saucen würde es noch leckerer werden lassen.
Der Tischkicker kam super bei unseren Kindern an.

Cons:

Bei Booking.com wird explizit mit den Bildern der Comfort Suite im Maissonette Stil geworben. Dabei kam mir zu kurz, dass es auch die Variante mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern gibt. Im Grunde hat uns das aber nicht gestört. Auch der Blick auf die Kettingbahn ist ganz interessant gewesen. Im Restaurantbereich sah es in den Ecken oft recht kramig aus. Der Spa-Bereich öffnet leider erst 16:00 Uhr, für Nichtmehr-Skifahrer vielleicht etwas spät.

Loved the location, the breakfast was excellent. The staff were exceptional.

Cons:

The evening meal was not great. The soups were nice. The salad bar was disappointing. I stayed there previously and would have rated the salad bar as excellent that was 7 years ago. The main course choices were ok but only 1 night did we think the beef we good and that was the beef filet. The fish portions were tiny, although the fish itself was tasty.
