Cons:

Breakfast is served until 9:30. Can you believe they start removing everything at 9:32? It was very rude. A hotel that aims to attract international clients needs to have longer breakfast hours. Even if they maintain 9:30 as the end of breakfast, they should just close access after that time and let guests enjoy their breakfast in peace and without rushing. People go to Swedish Lapland to relax and enjoy themselves, not to be rushed around with silly hotel rules.

Beautiful hotel in new town of Kiruna

Lovely staff, beautiful design in all rooms, excellent location. Delicious breakfast.
Ask staff about how the town of Kiruna is being moved - very interesting.

Experiencia Acogedora
Pros:

El lugar realmente acogedor, tiene un bar en la azotea, hermoso, donde además pudimos ver una pequeña aurora boreal. El personal muy atento. Las habitaciones perfectas. Con calefacción en el piso que le da mas valor a la estancia. Cada detalle de los diferentes espacios acogedores. Centro comercial en frente para el que le guste comprar, restaurantes muy cercanos. El Bishop Bar bonito y buena comida.

Cons:

Considero que los precios son un poco altos en comparación con otros hoteles de similares caracteristicas que he visitado, por lo que creo que con el precio que pagué si debia de incluir la entrada al spa, que por cierto no es tan costosa, pero que si uno lo reserva directamente si lo incluye.

Alt i alt, veldig bra, foruten om middagen.
Pros:

Ligger bra til, nært sentrum. Spaet og skybaren er 10/10. kunne vært mer variabelt i drikke, men fortsatt god smak på det vi drakk. Fine hotellrom, fine bad, godt utvalg i minibar. Påskeegg jakt i påsken med gode premier. Nydelig frokost og frokostsal.

Cons:

Var veldig varmt på kveld/natt(23/24°c) og funket ikke å justere temperaturen ned.
Spisestedet nede, Bishops arm, har ikke så god service. Fish & chips understekt og smakløst, mens hamburgeren var veldig god. Bestilte forskjellige drikker, fikk bare noe av det. Fikk heller ikke drikken etter å ha etterspurt den en gang. Gadd ikke å etterspørre 2 ganger. Personalet skjønte ikke hva samboer(svensk statsborger) sa, hverken på svensk eller engelsk, og hadde ikke peiling på hvilken øl sorter de hadde, og samboer måtte gå i baren og spørre. Der var heller ikke noe særlig hjelp å få, så det ble bare noe enkelt.
