Pros:

If you do not want to experience maximum discomfort, you should definitely avoid staying at this hotel.

We checked into the hotel with our child, and at 00:30 at night the hotel manager burst into our room and started shouting that we had to leave. The reason was simply that we had a child with us.

The manager forced his way into our room, yelling and using offensive language. We were genuinely frightened, as he appeared aggressive and unstable. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to leave and move to another place.

Booking.com, you should carefully monitor the partners you work with. This hotel does not meet 4-star standards in any way. The staff are aggressive, unprofessional, and behave in a way that threatens guests’ safety.

We also had the impression that the manager held extremist views. After learning that we are from Ukraine, he wished us defeat and death. People like this should not be allowed to provide hospitality services.

We felt unsafe and feared for our lives. After escaping missile attacks in our home country, to then be told to die is absolutely horrifying.

Die Wohnung ist groß und liegt sehr zentral . Es ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Blick aus dem Fenster über die Dächer hinweg auf die Kathedrale ist wunderschön.

Pros:

Host is niet mee te praten!!! We zouden volgens haar schade hebben gemaakt, na dreigingen hebben we het betaald maar tot op heden krijg ik geen factuur. Na belletje en mailtjes krijg ik een onbeschofte host aan de lijn die tegen mij blijft liegen.

Echt slecht geslapen.
Pros:

De locatie, en de grootte van het appartement, inrichting, en lekkere koffie😀.

Cons:

Het bed in de prachtige slaapkamer is doorgelegen (kuil), en de bedbank piept te erg. De herrie buiten maakt je heel vroeg wakker van het bouwen van een huis/app waar het hotel niks aan kan doen.

De verwarming in onze kamer moest aan om te zorgen dat er geen kloppend geluid in het gebouw rond ging. Persoonlijk heb ik liever een koude slaapkamer

Fijne ligging. Behulpzame service.
Goede bedden

Cons:

Slechte isolatie, nachtlampjes + jaloezieen waren stoffig, slijtage in badkamer thv houtwerk lavabo, plasticfolie tegen raam niet meer netjes.
Garage was veel te smal om in te parkeren.
