Bed was best ok en groot genoeg. Locatie midden het centrum

Cons:

Badkamer zeer pover met afgeleefde laminaatvloer. Raamverduistering werkte niet naar behoren. Veel straatlawaai. Stinkende gang

Goeie lokatie maar wel duur, we hadden er meer van verwacht!
Pros:

De lokatie was perfect echt in de leuke buurt van Antwerpen, het was een ruim appartement

Het was erg stoffig en muf en er hing een vieze geur in het trappenhuis

Posizione centrale vicino a parcheggio coperto a pagamento. Appartamento molto spazioso con grande zona giorno con divano letto. Cucina completa.

Cons:

Scale in legno ripide. Troppe se l'appartamento è all'ultimo piano e bisogna salire con le valigie. Pavimento in legno molto rovinato. Purtroppo c'erano lavori vicino e al mattino era rumoroso già dalle 7.

the expectation was that this was a hotel, so I expected a hotel with reception, storage for luggage before the rooms are ready etc. It is a remotely controlled location, clean and with fabulous rooms but has cannot be easily identified as a hotel, so it took a while to actually find it since we passed the door more than once. Travellers should know that, the price is low for the quality offered, so this is fair = why not mention this. Would definitely book again

If you do not want to experience maximum discomfort, you should definitely avoid staying at this hotel.

We checked into the hotel with our child, and at 00:30 at night the hotel manager burst into our room and started shouting that we had to leave. The reason was simply that we had a child with us.

The manager forced his way into our room, yelling and using offensive language. We were genuinely frightened, as he appeared aggressive and unstable. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to leave and move to another place.

Booking.com, you should carefully monitor the partners you work with. This hotel does not meet 4-star standards in any way. The staff are aggressive, unprofessional, and behave in a way that threatens guests’ safety.

We also had the impression that the manager held extremist views. After learning that we are from Ukraine, he wished us defeat and death. People like this should not be allowed to provide hospitality services.

We felt unsafe and feared for our lives. After escaping missile attacks in our home country, to then be told to die is absolutely horrifying.

Apartment is very light and modern and spacious

Cons:

Parking very insecure / everyone could open the door from the street

If you have difficulties with stairs don’t take this apartment. It’s 3 steep stairs up. But the apartment makes up for it look really nice!

Lekker ruim, maar overpriced

Hele lekkere locatie, prima ruim appartement.

Cons:

Klein en te zacht bed. Luxaflex waren defect. Hele stijle trap. te veel geld voor wat je krijgt. De dame aan de telefoon klonk behoorlijk onvriendelijk. geen waterkoker.
