Prima locatie, matig hotel
Pros:

De ligging is top, midden in het oude centrum.

Cons:

Bed was echt heel slap matras (last van rug) en bij aankomst niet schoon. Zaten tientallen haren op het bed, hebben ze wel weggehaald na klacht. Er is geen receptie, alles via whatsapp waar je niet echt serieus wordt genomen met klachten. Wc rollen op de wc-borstel is gewoon echt niet fris.

Nice location, but bad to moderate accomodation and staff.
Pros:

The location is very nice! Heart of the city close to a lot of nice lications, shops and restaurants/ cafes

Cons:

The bathroom. The toilet seat was on the toilet unattached. This resulted in one of the guests sliding of the toilet with the seat. When reporting this, staff replied with 'will be reported to the handyman' and 'I hope nobody got hurt'. A solution for fixing the toilet during our stay was not provided.

After some discussion a refund of the parking fee was offered. The refund is never received....

Pros:

C'est un appartement spacieux.

Cons:

Escalier tout petit et dangereux (très raide). A proscrire pour personnes âgées.
Pas d'ascenseur.
Il existe un parking, mais à 500 mètres. Après la réservation de l'hébergement. J'ai appelé pour savoir si il y'avait une place de parking, on m'a répondu que oui. Mais qu'il fallait faire la demande par WhatsApp. Etant en déplacement, et conduisant, j'ai du m'arrêter pour envoyer le message sur WhatsApp.
Effectivement, j'ai bien reçu une réponse écrite. Mais on exigeait un virement instantanée pour réserver le parking.
J'ai donc du m'arrêter une deuxième fois à une aire d'autoroute pour faire le payement.
Vu qu'il pleuvait, j'ai rappelé pour demander si je pouvais me garer devant l'hébergement pour déposer mes bagages, avant de rejoindre le parking. On m'a répondu que c'était possible et on m'a gentiment dit que les appels téléphoniques étaient pour les sujets urgents, et qu'il fallait envoyer les demandes sur WhatsApp sinon !!!

Voldoet ruim aan de verwachtingen.
Pros:

Super locatie, fijne sfeer, het ontbreekt aan niks en zeer ruim.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks dat tegenviel. Voor wat je betaald was alle prima op orde.

Prettig overnachten in het centrum.
Pros:

Stijlvolle slaapkamer en ruime nette badkamer. Sfeervolle verlichting en comfortabele ruime douche. Erg fijn schoon hoog bed met zacht matras en goeie kussens. Goeie ligging in het centrum. Snelle communicatie via whatsapp van de beheerder.

Cons:

Geen negatieve opmerkingen. Kleine noot: Ik had een late checkout geboekt waarbij later dan 11:00 uur kon worden uitgecheckt (13:00 uur). Echter waren na 11:00 uur waren de voordeur- en kamerdeurcodes al veranderd, waardoor je niet meer naar binnen kan als je buiten bent geweest. Gelukkig waren we met zijn tweeën, maar wel goed om rekening mee te houden (of aan te passen door beheerder).

De locatie is midden in het centrum op
Loopafstand van alle voorzieningen.

Cons:

De inrichting is netjes doch basic, een kleine kitchinette of koelkastje was fijn geweest. De ruimte is groot genoeg.

Mooi appartement in het centrum van Antwerpen

De locatie is fantastisch en de ruime kamers ook

De bedden zijn heel matig, matras is veel te zacht en de slaapbank heeft een beroerde matras.
