They don’t clean the bed sheets , don’t change it after guests , had to leave the hotel after trying to change rooms same issue , hair on bed Manchas

Excellent customer service and value for the money
Pros:

When my husband and two daughters and I arrived at our unit after a long and exhausting day of travel by land, Patricia signed us in and led us to our room. That's when we discovered that there had been some kind of mistake and that our room only accommodated three (it had a double bed and a single bed). My daughters are teenagers who couldn't possibly squeeze into a twin bed together. I asked Patricia what solution she could supply, and she quickly came up with one: she found us a folding bed that we were able to squeeze into the room (once we moved a chair and side table on the balcony). We all slept great, and our daughters were happier with separate beds than they would have been had they had to share the double bed we'd reserved. Patricia was so kind and helpful. She deserves a raise!

Cons:

I can't complain about a thing, because the problem was fixed. The room was tiny, but we didn't expect much with the last minute booking and the price we paid.

Buena atención en recepción, pero fallos graves en el servicio de limpieza
Pros:

Tiene gym, la ubicación es muy buena, los baños agradables y tiene cocina

Cons:

Lo positivo: La disposición de la señorita de recepción fue excelente. Ella logró solucionar los inconvenientes con profesionalismo cuando el sistema falló. El proceso de renovación de la estadía fue sencillo gracias a ella.
​Lo negativo: El servicio de limpieza (housekeeping) dejó mucho que desear. En dos ocasiones tuve que solicitar el aseo a pesar de haber dejado la etiqueta reglamentaria en la puerta. Lo más incómodo ocurrió al renovar mi estancia por 3 días más para recibir a mi pareja: las camareras me manifestaron que me estaban "haciendo un favor" al realizar el aseo de la habitación.
​Es inaceptable que un servicio básico y estándar, especialmente tras una renovación de días, se presente como una concesión personal y no como parte del servicio por el que uno está pagando. Esta actitud generó una experiencia muy incómoda en un momento que debía ser de tranquilidad.

Pros:

Świetna zabawka zielona lokalizacja w ładnej i spokojnej dzielnicy. Apartamenty na najwyższym poziomie, świetne łazienki. Część Spa na dachu (jacuzzi na wyłączność i sauna) z widokiem na miasto były niesamowitym dodatkiem po dniu zwiedzania:) generalnie nie mamy zastrzeżeń

Cons:

Śniadania były bardzo smaczne, ale przydałby się minimalnie większy wybór (zawsze były tylko pancakes i jajka). Obsługa praktycznie nie mówiła po angielsku (więc trudno było o cokolwiek dopytać), natomiast nadrabiała uśmiechem i uprzejmością:)

Que estaba nuevas las habitaciones

Cons:

No limpian las habitaciones, tuve que pedir 3 veces que me limpien la habitación y aún así no limpiaron. Me dijeron que limpiaban pasando un día, cosa que no avisan en sus especificaciones y que tenías que avisar para que te limpien. Como mencioné repetí mil veces que me limpien y aún así no lo hicieron. El gym es muy pequeño no tiene casi nada.
