Good condo, great facilities and close to the beach.
Pros:

After our horrible experience with another condo we found this very last minute. It is beautiful, clean and looks recently renovated. The manager was super helpful.
The beach is a 5 min walk but not too difficult.

Cons:

A lock on the bathroom door would be nice.
