Komplette Zimmer riecht sehr schlecht. Personal sehr gut

Uns hat die personal sehr gut gefallen. Die waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Also :
1. Klimaanlage läuft sehr schwach trotzdem auf 16 voller Leistung eingestellt!
2. Kühlschrank trotzdem eingeschaltet, kühl aber nicht!
3. Badezimmer stinkt sehr, die Lüftung läuft nicht.
4. Kann man so sagen die komplette Zimmer riecht sehr schlecht, als es der Geruch von verstopften Kanal kommen!
5. Bei Zimmer Übergabe hätte die Zimmer Service nochmals die Zimmer kontrollieren müssen, bevor die Gäste es bekommen.!

Hôtel confortable, calme et bien situé
Pros:

La chambre était grande, lumineuse avec 2 grandes fenêtres, un balcon. Les lits étaient confortables. La salle de bain était moderne et bien entretenue.
Comme partout au Vietnam, l'hôtel possède des chambres sans fenêtre. Soyez vigilant à la réservation.

Rien. Hôtel calme et confortable. Juste soyez vigilant à la réservation pour le choix des chambres avec ou sans fenêtre.
