Pros:

Lokalizacja ok, Wszystko w porządku, duży plus za parking podziemny z winda. Pokoje na poddaszu ale klimatyzacja na plus i dwie łazienki super. Mogłoby być taniej : ) ale polecam.

Great apartments in a great location
Pros:

Spotless apartment in a great location. Everything brand new. Very quiet as all apartments are in a little courtyard.

Cons:

No elevator as it was being replaced. Only told this after non-refundable booking. Not a problem for me as I could well manage the 2 floors, but would be an issue for anyone less mobile.

Great location but that's about it.

Some rooms have AC some don't. Some AC works, some don't. Elevator was under construction and the room was on the 5th floor of a building with winding staircase.

The listing led me to believe I was renting a differently configured apartment than the one that was actually provided. There were dished left in the dishwasher, pullout couch was broken, and no bedding was supplied for it. When I contacted management to discuss these issues, their response was essentially “too bad,” and no effort was made to resolve the situation.

skvělé uybytování
Pros:

lokalita byla perfektní, v centru přímo u Václavského náměstí. hned kousek je metro a spoustu možností občerstvení. apartmán měl vše, co bylo potřeba, jeho interiér byl moc pěkný, nebylo zde nic rozbyté a s ničím nebyl vyloženě problém.

Cons:

v dobu našeho pobytu zde probíhali práce, ale toto ubytování neovlivní. jen když jsme se vraceli pozdě v noci, vyděsilo nás, že byla vstupní vrata zavřená, ale bylo nám i tak otevřeno. potom na schodech v budově nevydrží dlouho světlo, ale na každém patře je vypínač, jen to světlo nevydrželo dlouho a šli jsme po schodech po tmě.

Pros:

Locatie was top, midden in de stad. Parkeergarage was goed geregeld en het appartement is groot. Fijn dat het balkon niet aan de drukke stad zit maar in een binnenhof

Cons:

Mist een paar dingetjes, zoals een schaar en onderzetters. Gordijnen en muren zaten behoorlijke vlekken op, maar niet storend voor ons verblijf.

Large Apartment - Good for Families or Groups of Friends staying together
Pros:

It was a good central location.
The apartment was very spacious and clean.
The beds were very comfortable and large & having two individual duvets on each double bed worked well so's as not to wake the other person when rolling over :-)

Cons:

There was a lot of building work going on in Wenceslaus Square - a new tramline apparently, which was a noisy & dusty to walk out onto every morning.
Luckily you could not hear it from the apartment bedrooms.
The apartment was on the 4th floor but the lift only goes to the 3rd floor, we managed but maybe a problem for older people with big cases.
There was no shower in the second bathroom, which was a bit difficult with lots of us getting ready at the same time & water pressure in the top bathroom was bad when we were all trying to get ready.
