Prachtig strand met gratis bedjes en badlakens.
Fantastisch ontbijt in gezellige strandclub

Cons:

2 slaapkamer appartement zeer gedateerd.
Meubels kunnen echt een up grade gebruiken.

Dëshirojmë të falënderojmë sinqerisht të gjithë ekipin e hotelit për qëndrimin tonë të mrekullueshëm në Vlorë. Mikpritja ishte shumë e ngrohtë dhe e përzemërt, ndërsa i gjithë ekipi ishte fantastik – gjithmonë i sjellshëm, i gatshëm për të ndihmuar dhe shumë i kujdesshëm.
Një falënderim i veçantë për pronarin për bujarinë, mirësinë dhe zemërgjerësinë e tij të jashtëzakonshme. E vlerësuam shumë respektin, kujdesin dhe vëmendjen që i kushtohet çdo klienti.

Hotel ok but location terrible

Cons:

Beach bar staff attitude rude and lazy . Beach water ( waste pipe of dirty water 50m from hotel ) our kids got sick and end up in hospital with bacteria

Very disappointing stay – by far our worst experience in Vlora

We booked an apartment thinking it was located inside the advertised 4-star hotel. Only upon arrival did we discover that the apartment was actually in a separate building in the neighbourhood.

The check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Our apartment was not ready when we arrived, and it took more than an hour for the lady at reception to find the keys. We then spent another 30 minutes going up and down the stairs trying to find the correct apartment. The situation became so stressful that the receptionist started crying because she could not find the keys, while apparently receiving no support from her managers. We were travelling with two small children who were already very tired, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.

Although we had specifically requested a baby cot when making our Booking.com reservation, it was only brought to us at around 11 PM.

The apartment itself was clean, but unfortunately had a strong cigarette smell. The following day, nobody came to clean the apartment. On another night, we had only cold water in the shower.

The breakfast was also very disappointing, with a very limited choice for what is advertised as a 4-star hotel.

The beach experience was equally disappointing. The sunbeds were placed extremely close to each other, leaving practically no privacy. More importantly, the sea water was very dirty and far from clear. We even found pieces of glass in the sand where our children were playing, which was particularly concerning.

Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude throughout our stay was also not what we would expect from a 4-star establishment. When we raised our concerns with the manager, he did not appear willing to listen to or accept any criticism and walked away from the conversation.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. Considering the price and the advertised 4-star standard, we expected much more.
