Pros:

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Ein kleines schönes Hotel! Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen weil unser ursprüngliches Zimmer noch belegt war .Klimaanlage war wirklich super, denn es war schon sehr heiß draussen ! Auch das Frühstück war lecker Wurde auf der Dachterrasse serviert.

Cons:

Bett war hart , aber sauber und OK. Zimmer warn etwas hellhörig, aber die Lage war ruhig und es waren keine weiteren gäste zu sehen !

Pros:

Etablissement facile à trouver et au calme (rive ouest du Nil), chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, climatisation. Personnel très disponible et à l'écoute pour réserver des tuk-tuks ou donner de bons conseils.

Cons:

L'établissement est sur la rive ouest donc taxi ou tuk-tuk obligatoire pour rejoindre la rive est en 20 minutes ; on ne peut pas avoir le calme et la proximité du centre d'Assouan (de toute façon à Assouan, les distances sont longues entre le nord, les îles et le sud). Salle de bain partagée, ce qui pourrait être gênant si il y avait beaucoup de monde (ce qui n'était pas mon cas).

Pros:

La chambre a l'air conditionné et elle est très propre. Le personnel est très arrangeant pour trouver des tours vers Abu Simbel. Il y a de l'eau chaude avec une bonne pression. L'hôtel n'est pas trop loin du port

Cons:

Juste attention car le village est un peu sale mais cela n'a pas de relation avec l'hôtel

Pros:

Muito bom Guest House. Boa localização, perto da Nubian Vilage e próximo ao aeroporto de Aswan. FIcamos numa suíte linda, de frente ao Rio Nilo. Tudo muito organizado. Excelente atendimento. Recomendo.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse in the Nubian Village in Aswan. Everything about it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—set right by the Nile with beautiful views, and conveniently close to the Nubian Village as well as all the main attractions in Aswan.

What truly made the experience special was the people. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the manager was especially helpful, attentive, and kind. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for—almost like being at home.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Aswan and looking for a warm, authentic, and comfortable stay.

Pros:

La Guesthouse è a 10 minuti in macchina dal villaggio Nubiano dove organizzano le escursioni e le agenzie. Quindi, pernottare in questa struttura ci ha permesso di evitare di fare l’escursione di andare con un breve tragitto in moto nel centro del villaggio sono stati gentilissimi accoglienti e la colazione tradizionale era ottima.

Cons:

Il bagno era fuori dalla camera e la doccia poco utilizzabile. Va detto contro che con il prezzo irrisorio della camera ce lo si può aspettare, visto che tutto il resto era ottimo.

Tout notre séjour avec mon mari était parfait 😊 la chambre est magnifique, bien colorée et belle architecture, tellement cosy, avec un magnifique petit Balcon style Parisien avec vue sur le Nile.Petit déjeuner compris servit au Rooof Top, Safa et Khouloud les employées de l’hôtel sont très souriante, professionnelles, agréables, et respirent la joie de vivre, Safa nous a même amené en sortie sur le bateau sur le Nile une ambiance magnifique, nous a accompagné et montré la ville de Assouane, Abd El Rahman, avec son Touc Touc est très ponctuelle tout était parfait je recommande vivement cet endroit et le rapport qualité prix et aussi parfait
