The staff were absolutely fantastic—accommodating and flexible given our situation. The on-site team was simply the best, greeting us with warmth and genuine care from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly helpful with every request, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was not just comfortable but truly memorable. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our entire visit. Lovely hotel in 3 mins walk from tiny village with fantastic taverna (ansi v grilled fish). Staff are very kind and helpful. Pool area and beds with pool towels. Great location to visit Asos and Fiskardo. Stayed one night on day trip to Kefalonia from Lefkada. Was a great choice.
Breakfast bread was fresh but overall buffet could be improved 1-2 notches to make the stay even nicer.
The hotel is in a great location with magnificent views. It is a short walk from the village of Maganos, which has a few restaurants and a supermarket. We really liked the hotel but what made our stay special was the staff. They were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us delicious breakfast every day.
So my rating would be 10 for the hotel and 11 for the staff.

Everything was fine.
The hotel is very clean and ran by a staff from the Philippines. They are really great people and will do anything to make your stay pleasant. Breakfast is really good. Fresh baguettes bread every morning.
The location is a little far from the center and need to drive about 6 to 7 KM's in a very curved road to get south. The pool looks great but could not enjoy it because of the bad weather.

Beim Frühstück gefiel uns, dass es vernünftige Brötchen gegeben hat und Rüherei von richtigen Eier (außer einmal)

Das Hotel hat so viel Potential was absolut nicht genutzt wird, es fehlt an einer persönlichen Note und das Gefühl vom Urlaub.... keine Musik, keine Blumen, kaputte Auflagen, in den Schränken beim Frühstück staubig, kaputte Tischdecken.
Das Personal/Angestellten/Chefs (bis heute immer noch ein großes Rätsel) war recht dilettantisch... hätten sie uns nicht am Anfang empfangen und das Frühstück hingestellt, hätte man nicht erkennen können, dass sie in diesem Hotel arbeiten.
Das keine Snacks angeboten wurden, war für uns nicht schlimm...das beste Restaurant ist gleich unten im Dorf (runter laufen und gleich links das erste auf der linken Seite...leckere authentische griechische Küche)

The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the room wasn’t very clean. There was an unpleasant smell and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
Where to start really, the positive is the staff were lovely.
Its location is lovely, area is lovely.
its so dated, i felt we had gone back to the 80's.
Bed felt like laying on concrete, sun beds were rock solid with ripped this matts.
breakfast was very much the same each day.
Place is very clean and tidy, but it wasn't worth £1200 for a week bed and breakfast in my opinion.

המקום מאוד מאוד מיושן. נמצא במקום מרוחק, ארוחת בוקר ממש דלה עם זבובים בתוך המיץ תפוזים, מזרון קשה מאוד ומקלחת מאוד לא מתוחזקת.
The hotel is generally mice with a good view and a pool and the room was big and confortable just as in photos. Although I have to say that the vibe weird. We felt weird that no greeks were in the staff, so don’t expect any recommandations. And it was a bit cold and empty. Still a good place to stay away from the busy places like Fiskardo which you can reach easily by car for eating at night.
Locația este superba, având o vedere foarte frumoasa către mare. O locatie in care se face zilnic curatenie, se schimba prosoapele si lenjeria de pat. Piscina foarte frumoasa si curata. Acces facil către cele mai frumoase plaje din Kefalonia: Dafnoudi, Kimilia, Emplisi si Alaties, la maxim 10 min de mers cu masina.
Sunt taverne situate in apropiere, unde se poate servi masa, iar cea mai recomandata (la 10 min de locație) este cea de la Alaties Beach, unde se poate urmări seara un apus superb al Soarelui.
Am revenit dupa 3 ani in aceasta locație si ceea ce ne- a lipsit a fost a fost diversitatea produselor la micul dejun si lipsa servirii mesei de prânz la locație si lipsa servirii diverselor băuturi la barul locației. Lipsa cablu TV, existând doar posibilitatea utilizării You Tube. Acestea existau in anul 2022. De asemenea, in anul 2022, locația a fost ocupata 100%, ceea ce acum nu a fost cazul. Daca nu se poate reveni la ceea ce a fost, as recomanda noilor proprietari/ administratori sa achiziționeze un espressor profesional de cafea.

למקום פוטנציאל לא ממומש הוא נתקע בשנות ה90 מיושן מאוד ובלי סטייל למרות שמבחוץ המבנה נראה מרשים. צוות המלון נחמד אבל מרגיש חובבני למדי.. יש 2-3 אנשי צוות שגם מנקים וגם מבשלים וגם בקבלה, שוב אין סטייל.
ארוחת הבוקר איך לומר לא משהו.. לא נראה בכלל כמו בתמונה שיש בדף בוקינג! מגוון דל, ירקות ופירות עצובים, הלחמים היו בסדר. הלכנו לאכול בחוץ ביום אחרי.. החדרים מרווחים אבל המיטות מתקופת האבן מה נסגר? לא הצלחתי להירדם והסתובבתי כל הלילה זה פשוט בושה! לתוך הבריכה שופכים צבע כחול לא ברור למה אבל זה הופך את המים לעכורים במקום צלולים. הדבר אולי הכי טוב במלון הזה הוא הניקיון אבל יש ריח חריף של בושם, תחושה של חנק ולא מאוורר, שוב ללא סטייל.. אני מקווה שבעלי המלון קוראים את הביקורות כאן ויעשו שינוי. בהחלט לא תמורה למחיר.
