Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel looks like something out of a fairy tale — beautiful, elegant, and incredibly peaceful. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day.

The staff was amazing: kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home and made our stay even more special.

The hotel has several restaurants, but we didn’t know that the 'all-inclusive' terms only apply to one of them if you stay for less than three nights. This is something that should be made clear upfront.

Всичко беше прекрасно, от посрещането през целия престои до напускането. Всички бяха много мили и отзивчиви. Хотела е огромен има няколко външни и 1 вътрешен басейни, 2 бара и 3 различни ресторанта. Беше чисто, стаите са удобни и чисти, почистваха всеки ден, имаше кафе, вода, дори вино и сладичко като посрещане. Определено ще го посетим отново.
