Pros:

Cons:

I was a guest at this hotel from September 4th to September 11th. On September 7th, my partner and I asked the hotel manager to recommend a photographer who could arrange a photo session for us. The manager recommended a photographer named Ivana, whom we trusted based on the hotel’s recommendation.

Unfortunately, what was supposed to be one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences of our lives turned into a complete disappointment.

We spent approximately two hours doing the photo session, and we were both exhausted by the time it was finished. However, afterwards, Ivana informed us that she had lost her memory card and that all our photos had been deleted. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. As someone who works as a photographer, she should have basic procedures in place to protect her clients’ photos and ensure that their memories are safely backed up.

Since we were scheduled to leave the hotel the following day, we had no time to arrange another photo session. As a result, we were forced to accept photos taken with a mobile phone, even though this was never what we had originally booked or expected. We had paid for a professional photography experience, not to find ourselves in a situation where our entire session was lost because of the photographer’s lack of preparation.

The agreed price was €250, but she charged us €200 because of the mistake. However, a €50 reduction does not compensate for the loss of our professional photographs, the wasted time, the frustration, or the disappointment of having such an important moment ruined.

To make matters even worse, we also paid extra for drone videos. For approximately two months, I have repeatedly asked her to send us the videos we paid for, yet she has still failed to deliver them. It is completely unacceptable to take payment for a service and then ignore your client’s requests for the final product.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, especially after getting a lovely upgrade to a swim-up room. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the à la carte Mediterranean restaurant was our absolute favorite part, the sea bass was amazing. We will definitely come back!

Die ganz außerordentlche, herausragende Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Die laute, für meinen Geschmack sehr unschöne "Musik" während der nachmittäglichen Pool-Partys, der ich auch in unserem Zimmer bei geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern nicht entgehen konnte. Leider war der DJ auch aktiv, wenn sich einmal NULL-Gäste oder manchmal 3-4 Gäste im Pool-Bereich befanden (Oktober-Termin). Freundlicherweise hat man uns auch ein entfernteres Zimmer angeboten, dann hätten wir jeoch auf den wunderschönen Meerblick verzichten müssen.

A beautiful, clean location with great food and exceptional, attentive staff
Pros:

Beautiful location, great food, very clean, amazing service. All the employees were so sweet and so helpful. We immediately got an assigned person if we needed anything at all. Marietta and Dina were absolutely stellar, the managers were very hands on and always so proactive. They all went above and beyond. Would definitely go back!

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than expected, but to be fair, we were barely ever in there. Grab one of the many seats by the pool with a cocktail and relax!

The hotel itself is brand-new, modern, and beautifully designed in a stylish boutique atmosphere. It offers plenty of activities, fantastic facilities, and a truly outstanding all-inclusive package that I highly recommend!

Another highlight is the beautiful Blue Flag beach, exclusively available to hotel guests, offering a relaxing and premium beach experience.

All in all, an absolutely wonderful experience where every detail matters and guests genuinely feel valued.

My wife, our poodle, and I spent an amazing 9 days at this hotel! ❤️

Everything was wonderful: the room, the food, the beautiful views, the atmosphere, and the incredibly kind, caring staff!

I want to highlight the fact that the hotel is very welcoming to dogs. It's not merely dog-friendly; in fact, it's the most dog-friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. Our little poodle was looked after like a regular guest and, honestly, she must have felt like the star of the place 😀🐩 She was allowed to go everywhere, which made our visit so much more special.

The hotel is brand new and modern; the furnishings are beautifully designed and spotless, and the views are absolutely stunning.

The most admirable aspect of this hotel is certainly its staff. Every staff member we met was truly kind, friendly, and attentive.
