Not a 5 star experience
Pros:

The staff (with the exception of one manager) were lovely and very helpful. The food was also good.

Cons:

The “sea view” we paid extra for was not provided; instead, the room had a view of a building, as shown in the photos. When we raised this with reception, we were offered a room change for only one of the two nights, which we declined, as our intention was to relax rather than move rooms mid-stay.

Housekeeping was also below standard. The floors were not properly mopped with dirt on the floor, which is evident in the photos provided.

However, the most unusual and uncomfortable experience occurred on our last night, when one of the managers unexpectedly called our room to ask how we would rate the hotel and whether we would give it a score above 9. We politely declined to answer. But the same question was repeated during checkout pressuring us to say what the rating would be. This felt unprofessional and is not what one would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star.

Overall, while the facilities are in place, but the hotel requires improvements in service consistency and professionalism to truly meet 5-star standards.

Pros:

Очень эстетичный красивый отель. До афитоса на такси 5 минут. Такси приезжали быстро и сотрудники отеля в том всегда помогали.

Cons:

Воды в номере не было, каждый раз нужно было просить. Чай и кофе не пополнили ни разу за неделю проживания. Уборка была ужасной. Полы в номере либо не протирали совсем, либо местами. За 7 дней хорошо убрали номер один раз. Набор из ватных дисков и палочек был один на двоих и никто после использования новый не принес.Завтраки были скудными, рыбы или авокадо не ждите. Платные обед и ужин не стоили своих денег, выбор маленький и вкусно особо не было. Лучше съездить в таверну и как следует насладится Греческой кухней. Возле отеля в пешей доступности нет ничего. Свой пляж не понравился, заход в море очень некомфортный из камней, на соседнем участке пляжа все время громко играла музыка детского лагеря.

The hotel was new, facilities were good

Cons:

For a five star hotel you’d expect so much more. First: Room cleaning needs some serious improvement. The housekeeping staff barely cleans the room, leaving dirty spots everywherre. They don’t dust, they don’t clean the bathrooms. They only make your bed and bring new towels.

During our stay the power cut off and the hotel didn’t have a generator and as such we were left without power for half of the day. We specifically asked in the reception so they clean our room because due to the power outage we couldn’t click the button for room cleaning. We came to a dirty room later on the day as the reception didn’t bother to pass the info to clean our room. When confronted regarding the power outage they didn’t care and said our generator is broken and we can’t so anything.

Room service is bad. Microwaved pasta and cold chicken fillet.

Staff barely knows english. Restaurants are overpriced and the food there is not good.

The beach is underdeveloped. Serious construction is needed there.
