Receptionist very kindly found me a room with "a bath" on arrival.
Breakfast - plenty choice, hot, and yummy! Prompt service from staff.
Rooms have always been spacious, very clean, and comfortable beds!
Location great, nice walk along the canal to Chester centre, only approx 5/10 mins walk.
Look forward to my next visit, soon x

As usual was great stay atmosphere is always good.
Parking is pinch when you have paid for stay then have to pay Parking and my husband disabled.
Rooms nicely decorated and clean
Service in restaurants and bars substandard, tables not cleated or chairs moved back to original tables after customers vacated
The reception area was nice and clean, friendly staff. Our room was lovely, we had an upgrade to family room so bigger space for us. The pool and spa area was excellent.
Then restaurant was closed and only bar food offered which was bit disappointing. But next time we hopefully will try the restaurant.

I loved the location of the hotel on the canal it made it very unique to the other hotels I have stayed in before
The only complaint I would give this hotel is they need a new lift and key card system as the key kept being blocked which was very annoying going up and down from level 5
