Good place to stay for a night
Pros:

Location was excellent, short walk into the city

Cons:

Room was hot, if you opened the window it was really noisy with traffic. There was a small fan

All in all a nice hotel very close to town centre lovely people
Pros:

Loved the location and the aircon in the lounge bar, room was nice and cosy. The pool and spa facilities were great! Staff very friendly

Cons:

The top floor rooms are all near the boilers not so great to walk along an extremely hot hall way. Felt sorry for housekeeping staff having to work in extreme heat!

Ruined by the condition of the bedrooms
Pros:

Staff were very efficient and welcoming

Cons:

The rooms are in need of air conditioning and double glazing. It was like sleeping in a sauna with a busy and noisy dual-carriage only feet from the bedroom window.

Pros:

Property, restaurant and bar areas were nice. Rooms very uncomfortable harsh lighting and very dated.

Cons:

Bedroom was to bright at night and no open to lower lights or turn some off, it was all or nothing. Bedrooms very dated and no heating / cooling facilities in the room. Car parking can also be a issue as limited

Great stay would return
Pros:

Great location, clean, friendly and efficient service. Good breakfast and good facilities.

Cons:

Our preference, but found any coffee we had to not have much taste. Small detail in the scheme of things.
