Guests arriving after 6PM or outside of reception hours are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance. It is only possible with confirmation from the hotel. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Please note that spa entry is not included. It can be purchased separately for 4 hours for SEK 695 per person at check-in and is subject to availability. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Mat, belåten och utvilad när jag lämnade.
Pros:

Fint renoverat. God mat. Fräscht. Bra gym. Trevlig personal. Det lilla extra på frukosten.

Cons:

Väldigt varmt på rummet men det kunde jag justera själv så egentligen inget negativt.

As expected
Pros:

Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good, a good selection of food and drink.
Outside bar area was nice, especially in the warm weather.

Cons:

The only reason I rated the swimming pool as poor is because this was not included within the room rate, hence I did not use it.

deprimierende Optik, Qualität sehr gut
Pros:

An sich schönes Zimmer, aber total deprimierend da alles! schwarz oder dunkelgrau ist (lediglich Bettwäsche und ein Teil der Decke sind hell); gutes Bad (aber auch dunkel); schönes Frühstück; gutes Restaurant (auch schwarz und dunkel); die sehr grossen und schönen Fenster können das schwarze Interieur nicht kompensieren.

Cons:

Alles sehr dunkel; das Treppenhaus mit schwarz gestrichenen Stufen so dunkel dass man riskiert zu fallen; das Hotel 'The Lamp' müsste unbedingt im Lampen investieren - die vorhandenen Leuchtmittel sind gedimmt, so dass man sich überall im Haus in einem dunklen und schlecht beleuchteten Keller fühlt.

Pros:

Tyckte hotellet var okay. Rummen var trevliga, bra restaurang, location var bra också. Personalen på resturangen var väldigt trevliga och professionella

Cons:

Inte professionellt att man behövde betala extra (600kr) för att använda pool och bastu. var inte tydligt när vi bokade rummet.

Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht überwältigend, könnte für ein 4 Stern Hotel mehr bieten.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel extra wegen des Schwimmbades gebucht und durften weil es zu wenig Plätze gab, es nicht benutzen. Das Zimmer war im Gebäude gegenüber und man musste mehrmals mit der Zimmerkarte durch Türen gehen, um überhaupt zum Zimmer zu gelangen. Die Garage war in einem Haus nebenan, war ok.

Lovely hotel with a very good staff.
Pros:

Modern, clean, comfortable and a very good staff. Also - they were excellent at communicating via messages. We will both recommend this hotel and return when in Norrköping.
