Gute Lage und saubere Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr tolles Hotel, zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Bett bequem. Es gibt auch einen Scooter Parkplatz.

Very enjoyable stay in Deluxe room, however the mattress whilst being very thick, being an older traveller was personally was too soft for me. Just a heads up as had a great time.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I wish the hotel had an elevator to help bring luggage up and down. Meals at the hotel need to be made available. A phone at the room is needed to connect to the reception.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at M5 Hotel Chiang Mai. I stayed in the Deluxe King Room, and it was truly beautiful. The entire hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away.

The hotel has a swimming pool, exactly as shown in the photos, with two sun loungers – perfect for relaxing. There is also a small rooftop terrace, which is a lovely place to unwind in the evening.

Downstairs, guests can enjoy a coffee machine available at any time of day, as well as free fruit, which was a very nice touch. The room itself was modern and well equipped, with a TV including Netflix, a small fridge with free bottled water, and a safe.

The location is excellent, right in the Old City. You can easily walk to temples, restaurants, bars, cafés, and other attractions, while the hotel itself is in a very quiet area. I didn’t hear any noise at night at all.

Overall, I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. I would happily stay here again.
