Children's swim times in the pool are Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 10:00 and 15:00 - 16:30.

The property has a limited number of dog-friendly rooms available, which are offered on a first come, first served basis and are subject to extra fees. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be staying with a dog. We will confirm the availability of a dog friendly room within 24 hrs of the booking being made. If no dog friendly rooms are available, we will refund your booking. A maximum of 2 dogs per room can be accommodated.

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming on arrival.We had arrived earlier than planned, but our rooms were ready for us. The rooms were clean & comfortable & and we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were very good. Our 6 year old grandson said it was the best hotel - ever !

Cons:

Having to queue up for the toaster .The bread needed to go through twice. The dining room wasn't particularly busy, so I dread to think how long it would take during peak holiday times.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal au cœur de Guernesey avec un grand parking, un golf à 100m à pieds et surtout un magnifique spa et piscine indoor. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Possibilités de déjeuner et dîner .

Cons:

Chambre bruyante, insonorisation perfectible (bruit machinerie ascenseur et chambres voisines)

All round a lovely experience, would love to return in the summer.
Pros:

We had a great check in experience, we were complimentary upgraded and the room was ready early. Our room had a hot tub which was lovely and well looked after.

Cons:

I would’ve appreciated being informed when maintenance were coming by to clean the hot tub, as we were still in our room with the curtains open when they came by to clean it (they accessed it from our balcony).
