Hopefully the staff will become friendlier and more flexible

Cons:

1.Very Small and Cramped Sauna and Steam room
2.Sauna is not warm
3.Late check out policy is disastrous and very unfriendly staff when one questions it: they charge £10/hour past 1100 which is their normal checkout time

Enjoyed the Jersey Suite and the entire 2 nights were amazing great service. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Room was lovely and comfortable and they adhered to our request to decorate specially for our anniversary. That was super sweet.

Cons:

Breakfast was good and warm, staff are kind and welcoming. Also we’re giving a complimentary champagne glass as it was valentine’s. The view’s are amazing, pool, sauna etc all clean and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere.

Good breakfast - great variety, quality and service. Very early closure time for the kitchen (maybe due to staff shortages)

Cons:

Rooms are shabby and need renewal. Seemed like there was kitchen staff shortages in the evening. Manager was not there to support.
