We had an extremely pleasant stay with a lovely staff.

Le cadre et les équipements, la proximité d'un golf, la quiétude de l'endroit, la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil

Cons:

La gestion de la restauration: il a fallu payer ses repas chaque soir alors que nous avions réservé et avions une chambre dans l'hôtel : manque de confiance (???)
Le jour de notre départ on nous présente une facture, pour ces repas, justement, qui correspondait à une autre chambre et non la notre ... un petit doute s'installe quand même !

Conference/wedding hotel
Pros:

The swimming pool, the terrace bar was good, there is a bus into town just near the hotel. The staff were all very pleasant.

Cons:

At the buffet breakfast the tea & coffee was made for you as soon as you went in rather than help yourself when you wanted it. ( very old fashioned)
It is stuck in the 1980's generally, the balcony needs some tlc.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in to leaving our stay was comfortable within a relaxing environment with all staff friendly, and efficient at making our stay special.
Every staff member was helpful and attentive with facilities that are made to help you relax and be comfortable.
The food was delicious and the rooms clean and comfortable

Very pleasant and relaxing.
Pros:

All good was superb, just found the wine choices to be poor and quite pricey. Lovely atmosphere- felt very calm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Cons:

Some areas are a little jaded and it’s a good walk into town if you don’t have a car.

Very relaxing and enjoyable, made better by the staff
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff there, and in the bar were exceptional. Reception very helpful with excursion arrangements. Indoor pool very good. A pleasure to find all the facilities functional.

Cons:

When walking from the hotel to the golf course, one encounters a very steep hill between the golfers car park and the clubhouse. It would be of benefit if the hotel had golf carts available to facilitate guests in getting to and from the clubhouse, either that or some sort of complimentary bus transport. I recognise that the golf club is a separate business, but the hotel does title itself the St. Pierre Park Golf Hotel and Spa.

Breakfast amazing, staff so friendly and helpful, lovely heated swimming pool, steam room and sauna, tennis courts, spa, fantastic separate cardio and free weights gyms, list goes on. Rooms were spacious

Great family hotel
Pros:

The staff were amazing - so friendly and kind and great with children. The little extras like milk and cookies before bedtime and birthday breakfast pancakes for my daughter were just lovely and we really enjoyed family time in the pool.
