Perfect relaxing romantic break
Pros:

Great staff, wonderful location to beach and restaurants, quiet pool area and free shuttle to beach.

Pros:

It was beautiful!! The service was impeccable and the room was comfortable. Housekeeping was also fantastic with the bed turned down, the welcome fruit gift and the fragrance in the room was lovely too!

Pormenores que fazem a diferença
Pros:

Adorei tudo. Gostaria de ter ficado com o nome do vosso funcionário que nos levou as malas ao quarto e que no dia 16 de abril nos levou à praia ( apresentando nos um serviço que desconheciamos). A esse senhor e a quase todo o staff ( receção excluída) os meus parabéns

Cons:

Acho que os trabalhadores e trabalhadoras da receção deviam ser como os restantes colegas, ou seja, extremamente educados e simpáticos. Num hotel como o Ria Park seria expectável que no check in nos fossem apresentados alguns serviços do hotel ( como SPA e transporte para a praia) e no check out tivessem pelo menos questionado se gostámos, se correu tudo bem ( até porque no final do dia anterior à saída chegámos ao quarto e a porta estava totalmente aberta, sem que estivesse ninguém dentro do quarto).

Overall I found it a very disappointing room for my 3 nights stay and the bedrooms and especially the bathrooms aren’t
Pros:

The pool area and the foyer of the hotel are very nice , the porters were extremely nice and helpful unlike some of the staff working at the front desk.

Cons:

The bathrooms were very disappointing , I’d to move room on arrival as there was such a bad smell in the room , the shower was in the bath so it was awkward climbing in and out of it and the bathrooms were very dated

Flott hotell med fin beliggenhet. Kun en kort spasertur ned til stranden. Store rom med bra standard. Veldig bra frokost. Lett og parkerer uten ekstra kostnad.

Cons:

Det var ikke håndsåpe på rommene, kun såpestykker. Man forventer å få flytende såpe på et hotell i 2026. Det burde også være mulig med oppkobling av eget utstyr til TV. Som f.eks Google TV.
