Really lovely staff and so friendly, clean and tidy.
Pros:

Wonderful staff, location and beds very comfortable and rooms are tidy. Great showers too. Only downside, pool was quite chilly but did have an indoor pool option

A perfect holiday all round. Absolutely stunning hotel and staff are amazing.
Pros:

Unbelievably clean and extremely friendly and respectful staff.
Room and views were amazing, pool was fabulous and the private beach area was just gorgeous and well staffed.
Food is excellent with amazing staff.
Breakfast was a delicious experience which is a 10 / 10 from us.
We go every year and it gets better and better each year.
Overall, it’s a perfect holiday experience.
A definite 10 / 10 experience.

Disappointed, 3 star at best
Pros:

Mr,. Ze (Joze) who dropped us off at the beach - the shining start of this hotel. The nicest, kindest person! Good breakfast, nice and warm pool. We received a bottle of champagne and cake for our anniversary.

Cons:

Where do I even start. The hotel is supposed to be a 5 star, right? Ants in the bathroom. It is NOT beachfront! It has a beach area, to which you take a shuttle (or take a 10 min walk) just to find out that 2 sunchairs are 25 EURO A DAY. additional sunchair is 15 euro a day. There is no bar and no bathroom at the beach. At night the hotel is dead, no entertainment apart from loud guests behaving like monkeys at night. There is no store or restaurant in the near vicinity. The Lusitani restaurant (the only one at the hotel) is CRAZY expensive - no way you can eat there with kids. Kids club? Not even at the premises of the hotel and I was not comfortable leaving my child out of my sight completely. Cleaning very inconsistent: the cake they gave us for our anniversary wss in the room for 4 days straight. Surely, if we didn't eat it on day one we wont eat it on day 3. Honestly, this is more like a 3 star hotel to me. Very disappointed.
