Amazing stay at this hotel. Can’t wait to return.
Pros:

Lovely pool area. Reception area spotless. Great breakfast selection. Ideal location for us. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Not too big. Will definitely return. Loved it.

Nice but for the price I think there is probably better
Pros:

Lovely pool area, staff at the bars, pool area were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean.

Cons:

I really don’t think the hotel is 5 star, it is rather dated. Pool area is lovely with lots of sun beds but you have to trek back to the hotel to use the toilets, there should be facilities nearer as the pool area is quite expansive.
Had to chase for water to be left in the room on one occasion they wanted to charge for it. Surely a bottle of water is standard in a hotel which charges such high prices?

Very good should have stayed longer.
Pros:

Staff in reception, lobby bar, breakfast area and beach, where excellent and looked after us very well. The room was clean and tidy cannot find any faults. Its what you expect for the cost of your stay

Cons:

Pool bar staff very rude when you ask them for a glass of ice to take to your room, you are advised that you have to use room service, you do not get a glass but a bucket. Previous day ordered a bottle of wine from room service and some ice , we got two full bucket of ice. What a waste. !!!!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé un excellent séjour, nous comptons revenir.
Pros:

La chambre était parfaite, grande propre, nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition des chaussons et peignoirs, de la possibilité de faire du thé ou du café. Les produits de la salle de bain de top qualité, il y avait même un pèse personne. Le petit déjeuner : fabuleux aussi bien en quantité que qualité. Le personnel en charge du petit déjeuner, était à l'écoute, très aimable et bienveillant. La mise à disposition de serviettes à la piscine et à la plage c'est top, la mise à dispo d'une navette pour se rendre à la plage est appréciable. Nous avons testé un massage au SPA, expérience très agréable.

Cons:

Les espaces autour de la piscine sont un peut petits en rapport du nombre de clients. Quelques convives anglais avaient des voix qui portaient après plusieurs tournées de bière, et visiblement une éducation deux crans en dessous de celle des employés de l'hôtel qui ont géré certaines situations avec une diplomatie remarquable.

This is definitely not 5 star anymore
Pros:

Nice pool area. Very friendly porter.

Cons:

Virtually no room decor and a very dated bland restaurant. Terrible coffee, poor buffet with dried up scrambled eggs and no live cooking stations, cheap napkins, no cushions on chairs, scuffed paint. The price is 5 star but the hotel is not.

Would have been lovely but the noise issue impacted our enjoyment significantly

Good location. Stylish. Clean.

Cons:

Very noisy. Due to age of building noise travelled far. We had the bar above us and the restaurant below us. Bar noise late into the evening and vigorous hoovering in the bar started around 7am each morning. It completely ruined our stay as we didn’t have a single good night sleep. Unusually for. Five star hotel there were people being loud on corridors a lot too.
