Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, perfekte Lage, etwas verbesserungswürdige Kommunikation
Pros:

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtetes Studio in historischem Gebäude in der Altstadt. Man geht aus der Tür raus und ist im schönsten Teil der Altstadt von Innsbruck. Wirklich toll! Hunde sind für einen Zuschlag von 10 € pro Hund erlaubt. Man kann super im InnenSTADT Parkhaus parken (Einfahrthöhe 2,10 m€.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation des Hotels vor Anreise war für mich sehr verwirrend. Die Studios sind an das Hotel "Grauer Bär" angeschlossen, das in einem anderen Gebäude liegt (Universitätsstraße). Man kriegt am Tag der Anreise eine Mail zum "Online-Checkin". Praktisch, dachte ich. Dann musste ich aber trotzdem erst ins Hotel, um einen Meldeschein zu unterschreiben. Wenn man dann vom Hotel zu den Studios gelaufen ist, stellt man fest, dass man dort wohl doch seine Zimmerkarte an einem Automaten hätte selber programmieren können. Das Hotel redet die Entfernung klein. Ohne Gepäcl ist es auch ein Katzensprung. Aber mit Gepäck und zwei Hunden ist es schon etwas nervig, wenn man vorher nicht weiß, wo man nun wirklich hinmuss und wäre dankbar für jeden Weg, den man sich mit dem Geraffel spart. Auf die Idee das Gepäck rüberzutransportieren kommt das Hotel auch nicht (obwohl es ja "nur ein paar Meter" sind). Auch welche Kosten für die Hunde entstehen, wurde im Vorfeld zunächst falsch kommuniziert und dann nachträglich versucht nach oben zu korrigieren. Man hat mir die Zusatzkosten dann aber nach einer Beschwerde erlassen. Abgesehen von der wirren Kommunikation im Vorfeld war es aber wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Beautifully restored 13th century house, very interesting design with lots of lights. The full kitchen is nice and fully stocked to cook a simple meal. There is a gorgeous view from all the windows.

Cons:

There are a few minor things to improve. The absence of any kind of wardrobe, some shelves would be nice and only 4 hangers for the outer jackets is not enough. The pillows are hard, thin, and not very comfortable. The headlights on the bed did not work.

The establishment is inside of the old town. It's not possible to get to the front door by car and unload the luggage.

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist super!

Cons:

Die Betten waren zwar bequem, es waren aber zwei zusammengestellte Einzelnetten dir ständig auseinander rutschten. Für ein Paar nicht sehr angenehm.

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location (with use of Hotel spa and free Welcome Card option).
Pros:

The apartment was well located and it was spacious, spotless and the kitchenette had everything we needed.

We arrived in the morning and went to the hotel to ask a few questions about public transport and our room was ready (5 hours before check in).

The reception staff were fantastic and organised the free Welcome Card which enabled us free transport and bike hire and a reduced rate on the cable car- I hadn't heard of it so we were thankful for them arranging this for us.

It was an added bonus to be able to use the wellness facilities at the hotel where towels, slippers and a robe were provided.

Cons:

The room was a little warm and we were unable to adjust the temperature (an open window helped with this).

The pillows were too flat for me

Fantastic place to stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was great! The location was convenient to the old town area. I liked that a historic building was transformed into such an interesting and beautiful place to stay.
