Sehr zentral und schöne Einrichtung.

Cons:

Personal ist leider massiv schlecht. Wellnessbereich immer ohne Handtücher. Personal nicht erreichbar. Service mies. In den Apartments ist ohne Ankündigung einfach Personal eingetreten und hat unsere Privatsphäre massiv gestört. So etwas darf nicht passieren. Nicht mal nach einer Aufforderung einer Teilerstattung, gab es eine. Wirklich absolut unangebracht und enttäuschend!!

Entfernung zum Pool = negativ ansonsten war der Aufenthalt/Hotel in Ordnung
Cons:

Bei Booking habe ich nach einem Hotel mit Pool gesucht.
Leider war unser Appartement aber nicht im gleichen Haus wie der Pool. So müssten wir ca. 300 m durch die Stadt laufen, um zum Pool zu kommen, was besonders umständlich ist, wenn man den Pool 2 x täglich nutzt. ☹️

Gut wie immer.
Pros:

Die Appartments H5 waren wie immer perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse, zumal diese wirklich zentral liegen und dennoch ruhig sind. Wir würden es immer wieder so buchen.

Cons:

Sinnvoll wäre ein Transportmittel vom Hotel zu den Appartments, wie beispielsweise einen Leihbollerwagen, mit dem man sein Gepäck bei Bedarf transportieren kann.

Enjoyed our stay in the hotel, highly recommend.
Pros:

Hotel is in excellent location and breakfast was fabulous. I enjoyed making my own orange juice every morning. Stuff was plenty and always willing to help. Connection with ski buses was excellent and very convenient. Note that we upgraded and stayed in the main hotel, not in the studios nearby.
