Great stay
Pros:

The location was great. Right in the middle of Old Town.
Coffee shops, restaurants & Gelato places within a stone's throw away. Beautiful old buildings and tourist attractions close by. So much to see and do. Supermarket nearby too, so we cooked our own breakfast, which was lovely.
Beautifully renovated old building with character and charm. Bathroom was also a good size.
Also its a 15 to 20 minute walk to the train station.

Cons:

The AC didn't work very well. It rained while we were there, and the AC started dripping water in front of the entry door. Had to use a hand towel to mop it up. Reported this to Reception & they said they would look at it the next day. Anyway, it just didn't keep us very cool for the 2 nights we were there.

So Good I Didn't Want to Leave
Pros:

The property is incredibly close to the Golden Roof, making it an excellent location for exploring the old town.
The building itself is a beautifully renovated historic property, full of charm and character. At the same time, the facilities are very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large and comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay so much that I was genuinely sad to leave. There was also a kitchen available, complete with basic seasonings such as salt and pepper. Although I did not use them myself, it would be very convenient for guests who plan to cook or prepare simple meals.
Check-in is simple and can be completed through the monitor located at the entrance. I also appreciated that it was possible to contact a staff member directly by phone whenever needed, so any questions or issues during check-in could be handled immediately.

옛날 건물을 리모델링한 숙소라 건물 자체가 굉장히 고풍스럽고 운치가 있었어요. 그러면서도 시설은 깔끔하게 관리되고 있어서 더욱 만족스러웠습니다. 객실도 넓고 욕실도 넓어서 지내는 내내 편안했고, 떠나기 아쉬울 정도로 마음에 들었던 숙소예요. 주방도 갖춰져 있었고 소금과 후추 같은 기본 조미료까지 준비되어 있어 편리했습니다. 저는 사용하지 않았지만, 직접 요리하거나 간단한 식사를 준비하는 분들에게는 큰 장점이 될 것 같아요.
체크인은 현관에 마련된 모니터를 통해 간단하게 셀프로 진행할 수 있습니다. 또한 필요할 경우 직원과 바로 전화 연결이 가능해서 체크인 과정에서 궁금한 점이나 문제가 생겨도 즉시 대응받을 수 있었던 점이 매우 좋았습니다.

Cons:

Because the property is located right in the heart of the city, it can be a bit noisy at times. I was actually woken up early in the morning by the sound of a garbage collection truck. Guests who are sensitive to noise may want to keep this in mind.

시내 한복판에 위치해 있어 관광하기에는 정말 편리하지만, 그만큼 소음이 있는 편입니다. 아침에 쓰레기 수거차량 소리에 강제기상했습니다. 소음에 민감한 분들은 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Ich fahre seit Jahren aus gutem Grund in den Grauen Bären und werde das auch zukünftig gerne tun!
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und qualitativ mind. gut bis sehr gut.

Cons:

Es sind zT. sehr viele Gäste gleichzeitig am Frühstücksbuffet. Zu manchen Zeiten sind "nur" zwei Kaffeeautomaten daher recht knapp bemessen und es bilden sich Warteschlangen. Das ist aber Klagen auf hohem Niveau.

Mooi, Schoon, Midden in de stad super om Innsbruck te leren kennen.
Pros:

Midden in de stad een mooie badkamer en goede kost waar je spullen kwijt kon. Rustig gebouw en alles nieuw en mooi aan gekleed! Het snellen internet was ook fijn om erbij te hebben.

Cons:

We hadden 2 persoons bed alleen dat zijn 2 lossen bedden tegen elkaar aan dus zit ruimte ik en me partner liggen vaker tegen elkaar aan alleen nu dak je dan door het midden heen.

Pros:

Our room was up in the attic, with a glass door to the rooftop ! The master bedroom and living area with a double bed are extremely spacious. There's a pretty bath tub in the master bedroom. The bed is comfortable. Shower is strong. It is right in the middle of the old town and makes visiting places such as the Golden Roof, Court Church, Stadtturm, very easy. Even the funicular to Nordkette is within walking distance. We also walked to attend the Tyrolean Evening Family Gundolf show. Tomaselli gelato is just next door! Lots of souvenir stores line the lane in which the hotel entrance is situated. The collection of keys is at Hotel Grauer Bar 200 m away. We could use the gym at Base Five next to Hotel Grauer Bar, and also the hotel pool, though we didn't have time to enjoy it. We regretted only staying for a night.

Cons:

The shower area does not have enough hooks for hanging the towel, clean and soiled clothes. It would be marvellous if some space could be converted to place a washing machine and a dryer. The double bed for three 3rd and 4th guests is rather tight in space too.

Modern aber auch alt. Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass man vom Hotel 4min zu den Apartments laufen muss. Aber nicht schlimm. Liegt dann sofort in der Altstadt.
