Pros:

Eccezionale la posizione, la camera molto grande e silenziosa, la colazione abbondante, la gentilezza del titolare che ci ha subito spostato in una altra camera per un problema di malfunzionamento dell'aria condizionata.

Cons:

Alcune stanze sono state ben ristrutturate e hanno il parquet anziché la moquette (noi avevamo la nr 23, molto bella), altre non del tutto. Certi dettagli però sono rimasti vintage, per es il mobilio delle stanze, ma questo forse aggiunge un certo fascino retró che in una città storica come Praga non disdice.....

Pros:

Wendy😊😊! And all the general staff and the lady at the concierge desk on the morning of our stay, so so so pleasant and accommodating, friendly and smiling!

Very good selection of food at the breakfast buffet, attentive waiting staff and accommodating for our 1 year old son.

Fantastic location for the price!!

Cons:

Everything was great part front the additional unnecessary door that separated the bedroom from the entrance area of our room. As the space is so tight, with trying to navigate a baby, luggage and a buggy into that area and then into the bedroom, is extremely inconvenient.

Perhaps that door aids in blocking sound from the main hallway, but the hotle is extremely quiet and I dont think it is needed.

That was the only issue for us.

旧市街の便利な立地なのだが、街自体が入り組んでおり、迷子になることたびたび。

Great location, very friendly staff, and a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the city center and all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, especially since I was traveling with my 1.5-year-old son.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better and offered more variety.

Konaklamamız süresince bizi en çok etkileyen husus personelin üstün ilgisi oldu. Havayolu firmamızla yaşadığımız bagaj problemi esnasında sundukları destek ve sorunu adeta kendi meseleleri gibi sahiplenmeleri bizleri son derece memnun etti.
Tesisin sunduğu hizmet kalitesi oldukça başarılıydı; sabah kahvaltısı beklentilerimizi karşıladı, odalar son derece temizdi ve tüm donanımlar sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Ayrıca konaklamamız boyunca herhangi bir gürültü problemi yaşamadık. Fiyat/performans açısından değerlendirdiğimizde tesis oldukça tatmin ediciydi. Merkezi konumu sayesinde birçok noktaya yürüyerek ulaşabilmemiz ve gün içinde otele dönüp dinlenebilmemiz büyük bir avantaj sağladı
