Pros:

Beautiful facilities. The spa was great. There is a wonderful stainless steel pool with spa at the end. Plentiful chose at breakfast and good storeroom for our bikes

The dining area was very crowded particularly at breakfast therefore service was slow

Modern structure in a heritage town
Pros:

New modern structure right by the main garden and concert hall of the town.

Excellent breakfast and restaurants, the F&B part is definitely the better managed.

Cons:

Housekeeping standard to be significantly improved. Only area of serious big work to be done.

das perfekte Frühstücksbuffet, sehr schöne Raumaufteilung, große Terrasse. Der Kaffee war sehr gut.
Es liegt sehr zentral, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

das Bett war zwar bequem, aber es machte laute Quietschgeräusche beim hinlegen und bei aufstehen. Geräumiges Zimmer
(Eckzimmer im 2.Stock) und geräumiges Bad bzw. Duschkabine. Nur es war zu wenig an Ablagefläche im Bad vorhanden. Nur zwei Hacken an der Tür für das Duschtuch und keine Möglichkeit das Handtuch irgendwo hinzuhängen.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, комфортные и приятные номера, хорошие и разнообразные завтраки. Зона бассейна — красивая, комфортная и приятная для отдыха. При заезде нас встретил очень приветливый персонал, заселение прошло быстро и без проблем.

Cons:

Главный минус уборка. Номер убирали плохо, полы практически не мыли, полотенца не меняли. Несколько раз приходилось самим искать сотрудников уборки и просить чистые полотенца. Также произошла очень неприятная ситуация с дорогим парфюмом: после уборки номера мы обнаружили, что количество парфюма во флаконе значительно уменьшилось, хотя утром всё было в порядке. Утверждать, что именно произошло, я не могу, но ситуация оставила крайне неприятное впечатление.
Мы бронировали проживание с завтраком и ужином, о чём впоследствии пожалели. Завтрака вполне достаточно. Выбор блюд на ужин ограничен и не всегда можно найти то, что нравится, поэтому несколько раз мы дополнительно заказывали другие блюда за отдельную плату.
