Ausser Check-Inn war alles perfekt und gerne wieder
Cons:

Mühsame Check-Inn mittels I-Pad. Alle Angaben müssen mühsam auf dem Tablet eingegeben werden - dauert viel zu lange!!

Nice choice!
Pros:

The hotel is quite new, so there may be a slight smell from recent decoration. However, it did not affect my enjoyment during my two-day stay.

The front desk staff were very patient and showed me two different rooms, and finally let us decide which one we preferred.

The breakfast buffet was decent, with coffee, juice, fresh fruit, and freshly baked bread.

I arrived by train and walked about 36 minutes to the hotel with my 46L backpack.

Cons:

We arrived around noon, but early check-in was not allowed (which I understand, since the normal check-in time is after 3 p.m.). However, I noticed that the hotel parking lot was not very full that day. From a guest’s perspective, if rooms are available, allowing early check-in would be really helpful for travelers.

Ein sehr schönes Hsus, wir haben uns recht wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Schönes, sauberes Haus mit sehr freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal. Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet und tolle Bar!

Cons:

Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es keine glutenfreien Brote, da ich selbst etwas mithatte habe ich aber auch nicht danach gefragt.
Im Bad beim Pool sind zu wenig Liegeflächen.

Schönes Hotel, mangelhaftes Restaurant
Pros:

Modernes Hotel mit großen Zimmern, Garage im Hause, zentrale Lage.

Cons:

In der Karte angeführte Biersorte war nicht verfügbar, in der Karte angeführte offene Weinsorte war nicht verfügbar, Grüner Tee zum Frühstück war nicht verfügbar. Nachspeise war angebrannt.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es war sauber und das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist top, mitten drin und doch ganz ruhig. Nur im Restaurant happert es. Ich würde es nicht mehr mit Halbpension buchen. Es gibt zuwenig Auswahl und wenn man was extra will, funktioniert auf einmal der Ofen nicht. Also mussten wir trotz bezahlten Essen zum Mäci. Die Größe der Portionen lässt leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Der Spabereich ist in Ordnung. Nur das Hotel würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

Von der Tiefgarage mit Lift ins Hotel.
