Location is very close to the beach.

The hotel is separated from the beach by the very busy main coast road.
Room is very basic and small for the price - would not consider it value for money. Stayed in a far superior hotel in Colle sur La Loup ( L”Abbaye) stunning, with an amazing pool and restaurant for not much more, but on a completely different level.

Except the location there was nothing good.
The description on booking.com is completely misleading.
Rooms are bare and run down.
Virtually no staff except one grumpy unhelpful receptionist.
No food available.
We decided not to stay and the hotel refused to give our money back. On being asked to refund at least one night out of two as per the no show policy, they refused to do even that.
I am a very regular user of booking.com and this is the first tine such a thing has happened.
Pl get them to refund my money.
