Pros:

The hotel is neat and clean. The staff are very nice and professional. The hotel's location is very convenient for those visiting 10th of Ramadan.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. They gave me a free breakfast buffet, which was nice, though I don't eat much at breakfast.

Cons:

There was no shampoo in the shower and the bathroom was a little dirty. The bathroom was very old, with mildew stains around the shower. I did not want to take a shower.
