Pros:

Very good location close to wonderful Niarchos center and park but also easy to access Akropolis/central Athens and the Riviera. Everything is brand new and comfortable. Parking spots an extra bonus. All in all, very pleasant stay

Excellent, quality accommodation next to Niarchos Cultural Center
Pros:

The hotel is located conviently, close to bus stations and of course the Niarchos Cultural Center. We were amazed with how wonderful the apartment looked, the quality of everything and the extremely helpful staff. Will definitely recommend.

Cons:

Cost is high but could be due to the New Year season.

Couldn't have hoped for a smoother experience!
Pros:

Anything but 5 stars would not do justice to this property and its very thoughtful owners.
The experience was fantastic from the moment we reserved the studio until our check out time.
Immaculately clean space, comfortable layout, ideal location. And a generous welcome fruit basket to top it up! (Major fruit lover here!)
We were visiting Athens to attend a meeting and our main criterion was proximity to the conference venue, however we would absolutely consider staying there again for the hospitality and wonderful space.

Recommended if you have a car
Pros:

Warm welcome on the premises, we had a room on the ground floor with parking in front. (By the way, at the time of writing, Google maps street view does not show the actual renovated look of this place.)

If I recall correctly, it was redone 2-3 years ago so it feels fresh and it's very comfortable.

There is a stovetop but we did not use it. We only stayed one night upon arriving in Greece, it takes hardly ten minutes by car from there to Piraeus, so that was a good choice for us.

Also it's steps away from the super Niarchos Center where you can see concerts or just walk in the lovely gardens.

Cons:

It's far from a metro station if I am not mistaken.

Also we heard some dogs barking and a rowdy loud fellow during the night, nothing to be worried about though.
