The host is super friendly and willing to help for any kind of questions. The structure is a bit old but very well located.
The room is very small and quite old but for a couple of day is more than ok
Bed is comfortable and position is good
Our bed was full of ants, room was very small, the bed took up a third of the bathroom door. the worst thing was a hole in the ceiling caused by a water leak, which seemed to give way at any moment. the owners blamed the tet for the lack of repair, but the problem has definitely been around since before the tet. the owners arranged our trip to the market, not bothering to pick us up when it was over. the room is noisy, noise from electronics and shouting from the reception. i have been to many hotels in the same price range in vietnam, but this is definitely the worst.
Everything was perfect. The room is small but it has everything! It is also in the city center so the best location you could get but on the silent street!

The owner is really helpful with recommendations for trips etc and he helped us to organize free pick up to go to the bus station.

Good location and a very friendly owner of the hotel, who arranged trips (good river driver), explained where in the city there are interesting places to visit and eat, he talk with very good English.

It was a comfy homestay in a great location, with a lovely host family. The owner was extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommended, especially for the very reasonable price.

The motel was in a great spot for exploring. We felt right at the heart of things but down a nice quiet back road so not a busy street.

Nice location
The location of this property is a little off the main street, so it is quiet and has dark out curtains. For the price this is an excellent stay. The room was nice and clean with a small balcony if you needed to smoke. The bathroom is a clean wet room.
