Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker . Mittag oder Abendessen günstig und gut . Mitarbeiter sehr achtsam und nett . Wir sind jeden Tag ins Meer gesprungen und danach wieder ins Hotel auf die Liege . Ansonsten zahlt man am Strand dafür , was aber auch nicht teuer war ( 2 Personen ab 20€ aufwärts)

Hotel location is excellent. Just a short five minute stroll to the beach front where you will find many good restaurants and bars. The hotel itself has a nice swimming pool with enough sunbeds for the guests as we found a lot of guests go to the beach.
Our room (B8) overlooked the pool with a nice view. Having mobility issues i had to use the steps to get to the first floor as there is no lift. Our room was quite spacious being an "Executive" double. It was serviced daily. It also had decent air con.
The bathroom though was looking tired and indeed needed a refit. The bath panel was loose and water leaked onto the floor after every shower. The sink taps were very slow and the drainage even slower. You also needed a foot stall to enter the shower/bath as it was quite elevated. The breakfast was adequate for our needs although more egg options would be better. This hotel is rated as a 5* however i would personally rate this as a good 4* with upgrades being required.
The hotel staff really make this hotel worth a stay. Maria at reception booked us a car rental for the day which worked really well and in general all staff go above and beyond. Bar prices are very reasonable with about 11 euros for a cocktail which are really good.
Okay so these are my points to make the stay a little better for a 5* hotel.
Bathroom needs a refit
Safety deposit box on the floor in a wardrobe. Difficult to access if you have mobility issues.
Coffee at breakfast comes in small cups, Latte needs to be in a bigger cup as found myself ordering three cups.
Bedroom tea/coffee never replenished. Had to ask daily for tea bags etc...
Water in room never replenished daily. Would have expected that for a 5* hotel although only 1 euro from mini bar.
No free water around hotel reception. Most 5* hotels offer this.
These are just my points above that would have made our stay more memorable. The hotel is very nice and definitely recommend a stay.
the breakfast was good, and the location is convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately, the stay did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience. Although I arrived after the official 2:00 PM check-in time, I still had to wait almost an hour because the room was not ready. Communication with the staff could also have been much better.
Hotelul este aproape de mare, la 3 minute, dar nu se vede marea din camera. Are doua sau trei piscine, curtea frumoasa. Micul dejun foarte bun si variat. Salteaua si perna excelente. Am dormit foarte bine. E liniște. Personalul foarte amabil. Primești prosop pentru plaja. La plaja poti sa stai pe șezlong daca comanzi o simpla cafea, nu plătești suplimentar. Stația de autobuz este la maxim 10 min de mers pe jos. Sunt autobuze din jumătate in jumătate de oră către Fira. Chiar frumos a fost ! Mulțumesc
Nu m a deranjat tare, dar pe balcon, sau patio, nu era o umbrela de stat la umbra. Dar fiind plecata mai toată ziua n a deranjat tare.

הייתי ממליץ להנהלת המתקנים להוסיף בדיקות יומיות לבריכות המים ולפרסם את התוצאות. זה ישלים את השירות ל 100.
Nice pools, room placement and architecture felt like we were living in a small village. Very clean areas and staff made sure every amenity was provided at all times. Breakfast had a lot of variety.
Sparkling water was not included in the breakfast, but prosecco was, priorities I guess ☺️
The property was in a prime location, very close the beach. The staff were amazing and looked after us very well. The rooms were cleaned daily. There was a variety of breakfast options.
No comments as our stay was perfect.
Small boutique hotel in a couple of minutes walk to the main street
In my personal opinion, I wasn’t so keen on the breakfast despite good reviews there was no option for other types of eggs except what was out. being five star I would have expected to have had a better breakfast menu.
