Pleasant and convenient if you want to visit the plant nurseries in Tianwei.
Pros:

Generally a quiet neighbourhood. Easy to sleep at night.

Cons:

Lack of food at night as the area is quite rural. Also breakfast has to be obtained from shops nearby - quite a chore to walk esp if it rains or very hot. I suggest that a food vending machine be made available at the premises so can easily grab a bite. Maybe explore breakfast via delivery?

Good to have a table in the room for work in the privacy of the room.
