A frustrating stay with poor communication and no support

No applicableI had reserved a stay at Hospedaje Camino Real, but upon arriving in Salento I received a WhatsApp message from the hotel asking me to cancel my reservation without giving any reason. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since it was the weekend and I arrived at 9:00 PM, making it very difficult to find another place to stay. The lack of communication and consideration caused a lot of stress during my trip.

Es un buen sitio para hospedaje. Ya lo he hecho 2 o 3 veces ahí. Es agradable.
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicada y es limpia

Cons:

Se siente el ruido de otras habitaciones, sobretodo, el inodoro cuando está llenándose, pero es por ser una casa antigua, de resto es muy bien todo.

La atención de la niña que nos recibió fue muy buena, muy acogedora la habitación, muy limpia, muy cerca a la calle real, está muy bien ubicado, la vista desde la habitación a las montañas era hermosa y nos gustó que tiene parqueadero.

Todo estuvo bien, al llegar nos permitieron guardar las maletas antes de hacer checkin.

Muy buena ubicación, muy central de todo. Tiene parqueadero privado para la moto y la vista desde el balcón es genial.

Sería genial que el horario de salida fuera a las 12 o 1PM

Es una buena opcion, pero un poco complicado llegar al hotel
Pros:

La ubicación y tienen un botellón de agua que es un plus...
Salento está teniendo un problema de tráfico serio y llegar al hotel puede ser problemático. Están bien ubicados PERO la gente estacionada al lado de la calle, puede bloquear la llegada al hotel

Cons:

El parqueadero no es sencillo y si es en temporada alta, puede ser complicado.
