The overall cleanliness, the proactive approach of the administration, and the very welcoming attitude of the waiters and lifeguards.
The food was a bit repetitive, with a poor selection of fruits and very little seafood.
Also, the pool rules are too restrictive - parents should be able to decide where their children swim. However, the service at the bars was a disappointment. The staff seemed so exhausted that I felt like I was bothering them. One specific incident at the pool bar, where a bartender was very rude and snapped at me after a simple question, ruined my mood so much that I didn’t want to go back there again. It’s a shame because on an all-inclusive holiday, you shouldn’t feel like you're creating a problem by ordering a drink.
The bartenders lacked a basic smile, making the atmosphere feel cold. It's strange not to feel welcome when you're on holiday.

The hotel 5 minutes walking to the beach in Naama bay, room was clean and comfortable., tv with variety of channels, room felt cozy and comfortable, daily entertainment on the beach and pool as well, food variety was great and high quality standard, staff in the restaurant and beach were helpful and welcoming, Location of the hotel itself is great and nearby SSH airport, it’s not my first time at the hotel, since all you needs will be granted highly recommended.
We didn’t get help with our luggage during leaving checkout the room but were got downstairs in the lobby, Nothing personal, but I believe previous reviews should not result in any negative feelings or treatment.”

Average hotel, low-level food, I booked 4 nights all-inclusive, when I arrived at the hotel at the bar they demanded to charge me for alcohol, even though I paid all-inclusive, which I later found out that the other guests at the hotel who came from Eastern Europe, received alcohol at the bar for free, I recommend guests to go to another hotel
Отдыхали в этом отеле с 15.02.2026 по 18.02.2026. Номер 103. Отель чистый, ухоженный, персонал очень услужливый, видно, что стараются не ради денег, а хотят угодить гостям. Так как отель 2019 года, номер у нас был с хорошей мебелью, пастельное белье чистое, полотенца чистые, что редкость для Египта. В столовой тоже очень чисто, еда своеобразная для Египта, но мне нравится. Курица, рыба, мясо в разных видах. Фрукты свежие, выпечку не пробовала от изобилия боялась поправиться 😀.
Расположение отеля тоже хорошее.
Вернусь ли в этот отель еще раз? Однозначно да! Этот отель лучше некоторый сетевых пятёрок!

На территории отеля очень много мух, особенно у бассейнов. Они липнут прям и это делает отдых очень дискомфортным. Надеюсь руководство отеля предпримет меры🙏
