الفندق راااائع في كل شئ الاصطاف كامل بدون استثناء تحسهمم اهلك اخواتك البوفيه متنوع جوده عاليه كطعم تحسه اكل معمول بحب نظافه بيرفكت الفندق صغير بعض الشئ لكن كله فيو مسبح الشاطئ رملي رااائع مكانه في الفندق المقابل مباشره نعمه باي تعدي الشارع تطلب من علي البوابه جولف كار يوصلك للاسانسير تنزل الارضي تكون في ممشي نعمه كمان تعدي الشارع تدخل الشاطئ طبعا تقدر تستمتع بكل مميزاتك في الفندق الثاني يعني كأنك حاجز فندقين بالضبط
الفندق فيه 3 مسابح اكوا و امواج وعادي فريق الانيميشن ضعيف لكن بيحاول يكون احسن مارو العسل
مواعيد الاكل عندهم مدتها كبيره وده كان سبب راحه لنا جدا الاسناكس والمشروبات جميله ومتنوعه

Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Odalar temiz. Her gün genel bir temizlik yapılıyor. Yemek çeşidi bol, Türkler için bazı çeşitler değişik gelebilir, alternatif çok olduğundan aç kalınmaz. Sabahtan geceye kadar ikramlar var sürekli. Daha cok çocuklu ailelere hitap ediyor. Plaja ve merkeze 12 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Plajda da ikramlar var. Genel olarak memnuniyet verici.

Erken checkin için girişte yardımcı oldular. Odalar hergün temizlenir, yeni havlular ve şişe su verilir. 3 havuz ve 1 küçük aqua park var eğlenceliydi. Konum olarak naama bay merkezine yakın güzel bir yerde. Odalar temiz ve yataklarda konforluydu. Resepsiyondaki personeller, resepsiyonun alt katındaki bar personelleri ve etkinlik personelleri çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. İsterseniz bütün gününüzü otelde geçirebilirsiniz canınız sıkılmaz. Pazar günü akşamı dj performansı ve partiye denk geldik. Oteldeki etkinlikten sorumlu personeller sizi her etkinliğe katılmanız için teşvik eder ve güler yüzlüler. Yoga, dart oyunu, jimnastik vs yapabilirsiniz. Spor salonları mevcut. İçinde küçük bir market var aradığınız çoğu şeyi oradan bulabilirsiniz. Yemekler genel olarak iyi fakat tabikide damak tadı farkımız var.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed Yousef at the reception for his warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. He was always helpful, courteous, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. His exceptional customer service made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Before arriving at the hotel, I had questions that I'm sure many others have as well. First, is the beach rocky or sandy? The beach was sandy and very clean, with no waves at all. This is a great advantage for families with children. Water sports were also available at very reasonable prices. There was a small reef with colorful fish.

Second question: How far is the hotel from the sea? You go to the beach by passing through the hotel across the street. A shuttle takes you a certain distance, then you take an elevator down. So the walking distance is actually very short.

We stayed for the first 10 days of July, and it wasn't as hot as we expected; it was quite pleasant. The hotel is also very close to Naama Market. There are many shops where you can shop affordably.

Many people mentioned the food in the reviews, but there's a wide variety to satisfy your hunger. For example, they have barbecue every lunch and dinner, and it was delicious. They organize various activities every day, so you never get bored. It was truly the best vacation I've ever had. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the reception.
