Было очень здорово! Персонал очень хороший и всегда готов помочь. В комнатах всегда убирались. Обеды и ужины были очень хорошими. Завтраки нам понравились не так сильно, как обеды и ужины, но в целом очень хорошее питание. Здорово, что рядом море и центр города, где много магазинов. Экскурсии брали в Эма тур у Михаэля. Всем его рекомендую. Массажи в отеле понравились, особенно хорошо делает Зина.

Not 5 starts hotel at all, and it's good but over evaluated over booking.com
Pros:

Rooms are specious specially family room
The room view is nice as it's over the pool, but the back side view is looking out of the hotel and is very bad. "The area around the hotel"
Swimming pools and aqua park are nice, and we enjoyed them

Cons:

Room service and housekeeping, you need to keep calling them and they will not come or they will come late, due to shortage of the stuff whose are over loaded, on a 5 days accommodation they cleaned my room only once and it was partially cleaned, i need to keep calling for changing wastebasket and bringing the water " the min. basics"
No beach available to the hotel, and it's faraway!
No direct transportation from the hotel to the beach
The hotel didn't consider the negative feedback from previous customers over google maps, all are still the same.
I can see that there is no quality team in the hotel.
only 1 restaurant is available in a 5-star hotel!, The other two restaurants are reserved by a company so we are not allowed to use, and they are even too small with limited menu.
low price food in the majority of the options, but taste was good and I am not suffering eating it.
