В номере не было тапочек — мы просили три раза, но так и не принесли. Также не было зубной пасты и щёток. Если какая-то еда в ресторане заканчивалась, её часто не пополняли. Пляж маленький, людей много, лежаков мало и они находятся далеко. В целом это точно не 5-звёздочный отель — максимум 3 звезды. Отель совершенно не понравился, ни по одному параметру.

My stay was wonderful because of Mr. Alaa Mohamed, Acting Assistant Front Office Manager.
He was very professional and always had a warm smile. If you needed anything, you could simply ask, and he was more than happy to help.

The restaurant staff was amazing too , thank you so much for everyone was working there

Otelin erken giriş çıkış konusundaki yardımsever anlayışını beğendim. Yemekler ortalama üzerinde. Tesis genel anlamda temiz. Otelin neredeyse tamamı rus ailelerden oluşuyor. Çalışanlardan Alaa Mohamed karşılamada ve ayrılırken bize çok yardımcı oldu. Ne konuda bir ihtiyacımız olsa ilgili davrandı. Kendisine teşekkür ederiz
