Please note the published rates for half board stays on 24 and 25 December include a mandatory fee for the meals held on those days.

When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

Please note that the spa carries a suplement of 24€ for adults and 8€ for children.

Please note that children are allowed to use the Spa always accompanied by an adult in certain hours of the days, request more information in the front desk.

Each Tuesday, from 4pm until 7 pm, the water circuit is closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Qu'elle déception, une vraie arnaque !!

Pas grand chose pour être honnête, le sentiment prédominant est tout de même une grosse déception par rapport à la présentation et aux photos lors de ma réservation en ligne !

La présentation et les photos lors de ma réservation en ligne et notamment sur la chambre que j'ai choisie pour ma réservation n'ont absolument rien à voir avec la réalité, c'est une vrai arnaque !
Je l'ai immédiatement dit à la réception qui n'a su me répondre que : SORRY, SORRY...
Une chambre décrépie, tout comme le reste de l'établissement.
Dans la chambre un parquet qui part en lambeau, des murs sales, une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas.
Dans les parties communes c'est identiques, dans la salle du petit déjeuner idem avec des chaises bancales et qui se décomposent, des plantes mortes en guise de décoration, plutôt sorbique comme cadre.
C'était probablement un bel établissement dans les année 80/90 qui joue encore un peu sur à sa situation centrale mais pour le prix ou juste un peu plus cher il y à des choix bien plus intéressant autour comme le METROPLIS ou le CLUSES.
Personnellement je n'y mettrais plus les pieds et je le déconseille vivement.

Pros:

Great central location, yet quiet . 1 minute walk from Main Street. Parking secure and underground for large vehicles around the corner. Restaurant à la carte with decent menu and affordable

The parking was complicated: both the process before being able to get inside (need to pay, need to give the car number plate), plus the ramp was very steep with a big curve.
