Please note the published rates for half board stays on 24 and 25 December include a mandatory fee for the meals held on those days.

When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

Please note that the spa carries a suplement of 24€ for adults and 8€ for children.

Please note that children are allowed to use the Spa always accompanied by an adult in certain hours of the days, request more information in the front desk.

Each Tuesday, from 4pm until 7 pm, the water circuit is closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Com un mal servei i nul•la capacitat de reacció pot fer malbé una estada d’oci i descans.

La situació és ideal per una estada a Andorra. L’habitació era amplia i renovada amb un disseny modern.

Cons:

El servei ha estat un despropòsit, exceptuant l’atenció de’n Joan a l’arribada. La dutxa estava embussada i l’aigua corria pel bany sense fre. Ho hem comentar dos cops a recepció i cap solució. I, per rematar-ho, teniem hora de sortida a les 12.00 i quan hem tornat per fer les maletes hem trobat les nostres pertinences apilades en un costat de l’habitació i els llits fets, amb plegatí inclòs, a punt pels nous hostes. Totes les nostres coses remenades: maletes, roba, objectes d’higiene personal, etc. Un desastre impropi d’un hotel com aquest, augmentat per la manca de diligència i resposta per part dels responsables de recepció d’aquell moment.
Això després d’una primera nit i matí barrejats amb dotzenes de nens convertint l’hotel en un chiqui park.

All good except the spa encounter
Pros:

The hotel is budget friendly so you cant really expect top facilitys or service. Still the hotel felt clean and our room was spacious and nothing to complain about. Overall it was pretty good service.

Cons:

We had an incident in the spa facilities with a gentlemen called Pablo. From entering the Spa Pablo was very rude to our whole group and i think it was because he offered us massage treatments. One in the group thats been sexually assaulted by a man before said he didnt want a man but a woman to massage him and Pablos eyes was mad immidiatly. We went down to the pool where two familys with their children was playing in the pool, screaming and jumping in the water wich whas much more loud then our group was. Still Pablo came and screamed at us to shut up when we were just talking in a normal tone. Think it all was a very scary situation and i went back to my room and didnt go back to the spa during our stay just because of Pablo.
