I truly enjoyed my trip to the wonderful spa experience and the friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star establishment.

Several issues affected the quality of my stay:

The room had cockroaches, and the bed was extremely squeaky.

The wardrobe was unstable and seemed to be falling apart.

The bathroom had no ventilation, and the shower flooded each time we used it. We had to remove the shower drain cover, which was quite unhygienic.

The breakfast buffet offered the same items every day, with little variety.

Cons:

Based on these concerns, I would encourage management to revisit the resort’s maintenance and hygiene processes, as well as review the quality and variety of the dining options. A more proactive approach to facility upkeep and customer experience would make a significant difference.

Fantastisk hotell, hyggelig personell og super bar!
Pros:

Meget god frokost, hyggelig personale som hilste på oss hver morgen og virket veldig blide og hyggelige. Hyggelig resepsjonist som tok imot oss sent på kvelden og vi fikk en god og kald hibiskus-drikk som velkomst. Fikk veldig god service og det var et helt nydelig hotell hvor vi kunne slappe godt av!

Cons:

Fikk meget tørr hud av vannet i bassenget, vannet farget også den hvite bikinien min gul. Den ble dessverre ødelagt, og venninnen min fikk farget sin badedrakt på grunn av vannet.
Likevel var det verd det da det var fin stemning rundt bassenget og en bassengbar vi kunne bestille fra hele dagen.

Pros:

If it was not for my wife I would've left to another hotel after the first night.

Cons:

The hotel has no beach, very secluded, issues with the water (cutoff while showering @10pm), cockroaches in the bathroom!!
The hotel is very old and needs some renovation and maintenance especially rhe bathroom.

Maybe it was great 15 years ago.

For me... its never again.

Improve on your food, especially breakfast.
Pros:

It was very clean and easy to find.

Cons:

Their breakfast is the same thing every day and that thing of paying 5% of your bill whenever you are using a speed point.

We will be coming back to Zanzibar in September with friends and will NOT pick this accommodation again very expensive f

Restaurant staff very friendly

Cons:

Reception team and management very rude
Limited menu and meals took up to an hour or more at times to receive and it wasn’t busy
Bathrooms smelt like sewage
Accommodation far from activities which makes the experience expensive as the travel fee / taxi service becomes expensive

Rooms: Spacious & hotel
Staff: Very friendly
Surroundings: proximity to the sea and sheltered areas to sit & relax.

Cons:

Meals: there was limited choice during buffet and the wine menu did not have wines written on it.Toilets/ sewer system needs upgrade.

I love the fact the beach is a private beach. The rooms are very good.

Suggestion perhaps breakfast could start at 6:30 am because one has a planned day of activities.
