Pros:

Très belle hôtel et bonne emplacement et très propre

Cons:

Dommage pour un hôtel 5 étoile et spa qu’il faut payé en plus pour aller aux sauna et jacouzi sa devrait être compris dans le prix de la chambre et le déjeuner à la carte pas très pratique

Un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto!
La colazione è stata eccezionale, ricca e curata in ogni dettaglio, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. La posizione dell’hotel è davvero ideale, comoda e suggestiva, e permette di vivere al meglio la zona. La cura e l’attenzione che si percepiscono in ogni angolo sono straordinarie: tutto è pulitissimo e ordinato, con un profumo delicato che accompagna piacevolmente il soggiorno.
Lo staff è gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, facendoti sentire coccolato dal primo all’ultimo giorno. La piscina è meravigliosa, ben tenuta e perfetta per rilassarsi. La stanza, moderna e confortevole, non solo era impeccabile nella pulizia, ma trasmetteva davvero una sensazione di eleganza e freschezza.
Un’esperienza da 10 e lode che consiglio assolutamente a chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza indimenticabile.

Cons:

La piscina privata della stanza era molto bella e suggestiva; forse avrebbe potuto essere pulita un po’ di più, ma è davvero un dettaglio irrilevante rispetto all’esperienza complessiva, che è stata splendida.

Beautiful hotel would love to stay again
Pros:

Loved it beautiful room and amenities, pool was very nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was stunning, even brought me a cake for my birthday :) Also whole hotel smelt amazing

Cons:

Only thing is the location, hotel is at top of very steep hill from Mykonos town so be ready for that

Loved the experience 1000%!!!
Pros:

Really loved our room wiv plunge pool & amazing views!! Breakfast was to die for!!!

Cons:

Crossing the road is a nightmare but WE DID IT!! Took a walk down to the town & to the Mykonos Windmills perfect location otherwise but I would petition for pelican crossings in this town!!!

Pros:

One couple did not get visa. We expected the hotel to refund one room refund. Hotel did not oblige that is the worst part of the hotel adminstration. They dont respect genuine problem.

Very nicely decorated spacious but cosy. 15 minute walk into town, walking back is up hill. Great selection to choose from for breakfast. Coffee milk water & toiletries were replaced every day. Bef & pillows were super comfy. Towels were soft. Staff very friendly & polite.

Cons:

Was only able to use our Hot tub on the balcony on the first night, after that it did not work. Even after reporting it and somebody coming out to check it it still wasn’t working as it should have. The cocktails were very small.

Buena calidad precio, pero para mi tendrían que quitar una estrella. Para un 4 sería un 10. La habitación correcta sin ser nada excepcional. El personal correcto

Cons:

El desayuno, tardan 30- 40 minutos en servirlo desde que pides. Si vas con prisa para coger un transporte o excursión o lo pierdes o desayunas un café, un zumo y pan.

Great stay, touch of luxury in Mykonos.
Pros:

Breakfast was brilliant, great room too. Hotel staff were all polite, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Reception smelt delightful which was welcoming.

Cons:

The room was very bright at nighttime due to windows from toilet and shower coming through the glass doors.
