Superb
Pros:

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was clean. Free parking was good. It was a very handy location for us for a night sleep on a long drive between the mountains and Tanger.

Cons:

We felt the price was a little high for what it is. We paid the same price in other places in Morocco and got towels and breakfast included.

Shama will do anything to help you feel at home. She is anexcellent host. But you need a rental car.
Pros:

Shama was a great host with her younger sister assisting her as she stayed at the apartment during part of the week I was there. Shama picked me up at the main Taxi station in Rabat for a small fee of 100 dirham to drive to her apartment which was helpful since she knew exactly where she lives. Her driving was excellent, unlike many taxi drivers. She brought my suitcase up all the stairs to her place since I could not do it myself, which was wonderful. She showed me the shower and found the shower head was broken and fixed it immediately as well as getting an extension cord for my use so I could charge both my phone and my computer since I work from wherever I am staying all around the world. Her Wifi is fabulous, being fiber optic, perfect for my client sessions and online networking sessions. Finding good WiFi in this area of Africa is hard!

The second day she and her sister brought me to the Saturday market where I could get the produce I needed for my salads along with some fruit which was a good thing given that there would be a walk to the stores from where she is located and I did not feel up to making that walk given that I was dealing with horrible allergies most of the time I was there. I believe it was allergic reaction to her cats, given my tearing, eyes, which I never had before having grown up with many of them in my childhood home and having worked in an animal hospital as a teen. Shama was very kind and helpful, even giving me some cough syrup since my coughing and sneezing was constant. She really did go way out of her way to help me feel as comfortable as possible while I was there.

When I left her younger sister helped me get my suitcase down all the stairs and loaded into Shama's car to bring me to the pickup place for my new place while Sharma was feeling ill herself, which was most appreciated as well. That cost me a reasonable 100 dirham with her helping with the coordination with the host at the new place.

Cons:

The location was about a half hour out of Rabat and cab service is not available in that area. It is a suburb outside the city. So, if you book the place, you will need a rental car to see the sites. As I stated, I was feeling pretty out of it for most of my time there, and with a small market right across the street, I could get some food and water easily.

Very nice and informative.
Pros:

Two very nice and smart sister run this operation. We had coffee and talked for ours. The cats stayed in my room, love cats so that was very nice.

Cons:

A bit confusing to meet up. No apartment no. was supplied so I easily fount the place but not the exact apartment. This is a gated community and very safe and guards helped me get in touch with my host.

Cute and friendly host
Pros:

Our host Shama is an amazing girl! She’s very friendly and helpful. We liked her so much and we were just upset we didn’t have time to know her more.
The place is extremely clean and cute. There was a small problem with a shower but Shama solved it at once.
It’s not difficult to find this place. People in the neighborhood are helpful. So we can recommend this place totally.
